  1. I don't have one but it is a pretty nice cover.
  2. Those books look pretty neat. I have to read one. Scans are available for 2 or 3.
  3. I don't have a number 3 but this #4 has been photoshopped and is low grade.
  4. That early Marvel Mystery is one of my favorites. My copy had a faded cover and rough interior. But this copy was my first and it is fresh and clean on the outside and inside. Not as interesting as the other cover but better quality.
  5. I saw this cover and thought it was by Don Heck. Did he work for Toby at one time or did a little freelance? I didn't buy this yet but found a copy on GA.UK bb
  6. Love those Eerie pulps. Does anyone remember where this St. John's illo came from. Just noticed it in my files but don't have a hard copy.
  7. Still a favorite but not new. Traded my 80 page giants for this one.
  8. I have read most of the TMiH series but I think this is the only one left in my collection. I don't think it is rare tho.
  9. Thanks, I have always been a fan of the original Frankenstein legend.
  10. I know it says covers but I thought this comparison of Hitler in Sup and Sam was interesting.
  11. A few months back I purchased a cheap copy of Batman 35 from eBay. The interior was to Batman 47-a much more important book. Now I'm on the hunt for a coverless Bat 35 and either a cover only or incomplete cheap copy of Bat 47. :takeit:If you decide on selling the Batman 35 cover...
  12. Here is a scan of the damaged comic without photoshop.
  13. I added another scan of the cover with the corner added in by photoshop. Still like the cover but don't think I should be bidding based on a photoshop scheme.
  14. I must admit that I just purchased this one for the cover which is all I got since the interior turned out to be Thrilling 67. bb
  15. Suicide shifter is on the left hand side which means Captain Marvel Jr. rode a Harley. I need that cover in fair to good.
  16. I had to buy this one with the Capt. Marvel Jr. origin when I saw it on ebay. Whiz logo has been replaced by photoshop. Nice gruesome story which I had only seen as Fiche or black and white reprint. Anyone have a beat up copy they want to sell me?
  17. These were easier to find but finding one with the dust cover was lucky.
  18. I picked up a couple of copies of this book. It was not as difficult to find as the Lemonade King but the dust cover was damaged around the title.
  19. That Peter Pan Treasure Chest is hard to find in decent condition. Usually it is cut up and written on like the Donald Duck Fun Books. And the Exciting 60 is still a big favorite. bb
  20. It's from Heroic 6 Thanks for the information. Those early Heroics were pretty nice. Everett did a nice job on Hydroman and they had some other strip reprints. like Don Dixon.
  21. His powers were similar to Prof X. He could hypnotize... but instead of a wheelchair he was carried by topless native girls.
  22. And this was in the auction but it was coverless.
  23. Can anyone confirm whether this splash by Broadway Bill is from Heroic 4 or 6?
