  1. Glad to have enough of these Wonder covers for a group shot.
  2. That's a lot of great looking books!
  3. You must be pretty young. I had that done many years ago. No more fatty foods...eliminating the pain associated with the jammed up bile ducts is worth the operation.
  4. I've had more luck finding Blue Beetle...
  5. I like those early Fox covers but they are hard to get.
  6. Did the dog really sell more comics than the blonde-haired guy in the flashy suit and cape?
  7. Roy liked dogs but not sure if Bullet knew about his other buddy.
  8. I thought I recognized that Wonder Woman posted by BZ but couldn't identify it faster than Scrooge.
  9. Bruce you have any childhood pickups in there Jack, a lot of silver age that I purchased or obtained in my youth at the bottom of the pile. No golden age left from younger years except Disney Comics and a few westerns.
  10. I think the Martian Manhunter dumped the dog for the JLA. He picked up another alien companion later, didn't he.
  11. I needed at least 3 clues. I didn't recognize the art or the Sci-Fi influence in that cover but it is a robot cover. I like it a lot.
  12. You could post the Martian Manhunter for St. Patrick's day but in early stories he couldn't decide whether to go green or stick with invisible. At one point he even had a dog as a side-kick.
  13. I added another Weird Terror to the group. Now if I can only find it.
  14. I think most of my Red Ryder comics are in this pic. I still have a lot more Lone Ranger Comics but I do enjoy these too. The early issues have a lot of other Sunday strips inside like Oop and Captain Easy but Red was the major attraction. I was a devoted follower of his daily strip back in the fifties and early sixties.
  15. Another view of the pile of comics...
  16. Am I correct in assuming that cover was never used? Pretty nice for a Jewish Super-hero to give Santa a ride. Not sure if that cover was ever used...but this is the cover for #1. https://farm1.staticflickr.com/495/18356807396_65e373b120_z.jpg' alt='18356807396_65e373b120_z.jpg'>FUNNYMAN #1 mm Is the Christmas Cover an Ashcan copy?
  17. Am I correct in assuming that cover was never used? Pretty nice for a Jewish Super-hero to give Santa a ride.
  18. Not pre-code but still a Mummy cover by Everett, no less. Thanks for the comic lot Anthony.
  19. I have always thought that Schomburg drew the splash pages for the Easy and Oop comics. He did several of the covers and signed as Xela, of course.
  20. I am wondering how many times Schomburg used this rooftop view for his covers.
