  1. Did the robbers have black and white horizontally striped shirts? Did they wear domino masks? Did the "bags of money" have "Dollar signs" on them? Speaking of thefts, didn't a substantial amount of SDCC takings "go missing" one year? Were they wearing Beagle Boys' shirts with a number on the front?
  2. Love the Powerhouse goes to the Moon story in that Joker issue.
  3. I have one in the box but it is in poor shape.
  4. Cool puzzle, I didn't notice the signatures. It helps a lot to have a copy of the Action one cover signed by Jerry and Joe.
  5. I have two boxes. This is one of them. I like the little puzzles too and Disney produced puzzles of its old cartoons.
  6. Okay, you folks have proven your point. Perhaps I should rephrase the question: Aside from Matt Baker, who is your favorite Golden Age GGA comic book artist? Jack Kamen? Al Feldstein? Gill Fox? Bob Lubbers? Ken Bald? Alex Schomburg? Lily Renée? Others? Probably should include Bill Ward in there. You can include Carl Barks too but why give him credit for something that was incidental. Not his main bag.
  7. I like the Voodoo eye. I usually don't recognize the collectible pens and rings when I see them. However, I did get a complete copy of this Captain Marvel puzzle recently.
  8. I was going to post this one in the "One a week" thread but the auction ended too late.
  9. I'm always glad to see this thread bounce back for a new group of crime comics. I posted these before but still the best I have.
  10. This early Planet Flint Baker story by Briefer reminds me of this Mystery Men cover. It's the funny hat...
  11. We picked up one of these at the paper mill but purchased the rest over the past 35 years.
  12. It's a purple label but should get me in the club...
  13. I like World's Finest but not sure how I ended up with 3 copies of one issue. I usually post my golden age group but I still have a lot of silver age.
  14. It's always fun to put a group of Hits together.
  15. I didn't buy it but wondered if this is the Mystic Christmas issue.
  16. I like the Buck Rogers ad from the first Handbook or was it the second?
  17. Tip Topper has 2 pages of Peanuts not to mention Abner and Twin Earths. It was early Lucy. Not the first but one month later.
  18. I always like seeing these six Four Color comics together.
  19. Fritzi Ritz 38 from September 1955. Original strip on the right was published in 1952, apparently.
