Gotta start somewhere. Which books are you looking for first? Raw or graded? Or do you just plan to purchase whatever comes available at the time? I completed my 94-143 run first. Now I am working on 1-93, which is going to take me longer.

OK. Here it is in all it's glory. My Post #1000 And I actually have a book to go along with it thanks to Mr. Steve Rubin. I had been keeping an eye on this book of his and was lucky enough to finally snag it along with the FF #48. This is an upgrade to Beachbums 8.5 copy he sold me last year.

one of the best runs in comics lore started with that book! Thanks. It is my first graded FF. Still busy with my X-Men collection but when a great key comes along I have to snag it while I can.

My very first piece of OA. Purchased at the Houston Comic Palooza show yesterday. By Rodney Ramos it is Nightcrawler #10 page 5.

It's been quite awhile since I have purchased any books. I just picked up these two books tonight thanks to Alex (pennynike1). More silver age books to come, just a little bit slower than my bronze books.

I have one more book on the way too. I've been looking for an upgrade for my 8.0 of issue #30 for a long time. I picked this one up at C'Link. Classic storyline in this one. Super powerful villain wants to rule the world - kidnaps Jean - wants Jean to be his queen - the rest of the X-Men must rescue Jean from the evil villain. I suppose the writers couldn't resist. When you have a female on the team, she comes with her own ransom note. Super nice book. (thumbs u Do they do the scene where they are running through the woods and the girl trips. That always drives me crazy.
