  3. Hello! Thank you for reaching out. This is an excellent question! We do add the artist to the labels; however, it is mainly at the Grader's discretion if it is added. If you would like to have the artist added to your book it would need to be submitted as a Reholder and request it for the book in question.

  5. Hello! We are showing submission 3982578 has been finalized; however, it is scheduled to ship with submission 3983983. This submission is currently waiting to be graded. The Magazine turnaround times can be quite lengthy and are currently estimated at 186 business days.
  6. Hello! We are so happy to hear that you are going to be attending the SDCC! We will not be offering window bags for sale at the booth; however, there may be some available for use. We do recommend that you do not depend on this and have the books ready for the signing event before coming to the show. You can find tutorials on creating your own window bags by searching YouTube. We will have witnesses available for the signing events. Please come to the booth first thing to ensure that you are able to secure a witness for your event. Thank you.
  7. Hello! Unfortunately, CGC cannot make any changes to a submission once it has been submitted. You may want to contact the facilitator directly to confirm if the package has been shipped yet. If it has not, then they should be able to add the service. If it has, then there is nothing else that can be added. I apologize for the inconvenience.
  8. Hello! The books that are submitted for the Pressing service would be split into their own submission and would not hold the other books up at all. Each tier or service has its own turnaround time and so each tier of service would be split into its own submission essentially.

  13. Hello! This sounds like it would benefit from being Reholdered for sure. You can get the book Reholdered by submitting it via our online submission forms. Simply select the Reholder options when submitting. The fees for a Reholder are $20 per book plus shipping and handling. Thank you.

  18. Hello! Restoration Removal would be selected if there was already known restoration to the comic before submitting it for review. This would be requesting that the book be screened for the Restoration Removal services.
  19. Hello! Not all books will be in our database and you may have to manually enter them. You may do this by clicking on the "I Can't Find My Comic" icon in red when using the search bar.
