  1. I apologize for the issues with seeing the images for your cards. With the system updates that are being performed, there have been some delays in regards to seeing certain info including images. I know our IT team is working hard to get all of these resolved as quickly as possible.
  2. Good Morning, I reached out to the CSG grading team and was told the following in regard to your Roberto Clemente card: The miscut is pretty standard and it's not bad enough to notate. Since centering is taken into account, it would be in the VG 3 grade range.
  3. The submission tracking tool on the Certified Collectibles Group® (CCG®) websites is intermittently not working. We are aware of the issue and actively troubleshooting it. We should have a resolution early next week. If you are experiencing an issue with submission tracking, you may be able try again after a period of time and have success. We apologize for this inconvenience and look forward to restoring functionality as soon as possible.
  4. Received notice this afternoon that issue of the missing pricing on the OSF was resolved.
  5. While we upgrade our internal systems, certain CSG website features will be temporarily unavailable starting February 18, 2023. Certified Sports Guaranty® (CSG®) strives to offer the highest-caliber sports card certification services in the industry, and as part of CSG's continued commitment to its submitters, we're making upgrades to our internal systems. To facilitate these upgrades, certain CSG website features will be temporarily unavailable for two to three weeks, beginning on February 18, 2023. Submissions received at CSG on or after February 18 will not appear on the submission tracking page until March 7, 2023. In addition, credit card payments will not be processed during part of this upgrade period, from February 28 until March 7, 2023. MORE INFO
  6. We are currently performing system upgrades that started February 18. Here is some information: Submissions received at CSG on or after February 18 will not appear on the submission tracking page until March 7, 2023. In addition, credit card payments will not be processed during part of this upgrade period, from February 28 until March 7, 2023. During this time, submitters can still check to see if a submission has been delivered to CSG by using the Confirm Package Delivery tool. While submission tracking and credit card payments will be temporarily affected, submitters will experience little to no impact on submission turnaround times. CSG workflows will be unchanged, and over time these upgrades will enable even faster turnaround times, a better billing and payment experience and other improvements. MORE INFO

  9. We go by numerical grades for crossovers, not verbiage. So cross same grade would mean we only crack if card would grade CSG 9.5.

  13. Thank you for reaching out to us. This happens ANY time after a submission has been received and one or more cards that were received and verified were not yet in our system already. This means the card needs to be created in the system by our graders. Rest assured this submission has not gone backward in the process. It is still going through its normal process. Please note this status will not change until after the submission has been graded.

  18. @Junk Wax Addict Because they are not an actual minted coin and just a commemorative one, we can place them in an oversized holder and grade them.
  19. @connorhula It looks like the Verify Certification is working now if you want to search the cards again.
  20. I haven't been able to get into our system today to check any submissions because of our servers being down due to Hurricane Ian. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have them restored as soon as possible.
