  4. Good Morning, If you are not finding a card you can click "I can't find my card" in the dropdown (see first attachment). From there a pop-up form will appear and you can type in the card info and add it to your submission.

  7. There have been talks of grading non-sports cards, but no definitive timetable has been given at this time.
  8. Thank you for joining us here and for reaching out to us. For Bulk service, you are required to have at least 50 cards in your submission, but you may have as many as you would like above the 50-card minimum threshold.
  9. CSG accepts submissions from CSG Collector members through the mail or at select shows only. CSG Collector members are not able to drop off cards at our office. CSG Authorized Dealers and Group Submitters may drop off their cards at our office if they make an appointment.

    @LCANY, I was just told that we are going to offer the two-week turnaround times for drop-off submissions at the National Sports Collectors Convention. (The two-week turnaround time does not include the time to ship cards from the show nor to ship graded cards back to submitters).
  13. Here are some examples of CSG graded printing plates. The label reflects the card number of the printed card from each set. The Ja Morant one reflects the card number from the 2019-20 National Treasure as it is a printing plate for his Personalized card from that set.

  17. Yes. There is no minimum number that you must submit with the exception of our Bulk service level which requires a minimum of 50 cards. All other service levels do not have a minimum.

  20. @Talon0102 Bulk submissions require a minimum of 50 cards and each card can't have a declared value over $250. Bulk service is currently $12 per card, but will increase to $15 per card after July 5th. You also need to have an active CSG membership to submit cards or you can through one of our authorized group submitters.
  21. Yes, all manufacturer autos (pack-pulled) must have the auto graded. CSG does not grade in-person autographs.
  22. After June 30, the ReHolder service fee will go back to the regular $10 per card rate.
