Appears to be trimmed at top. However, after closer inspection, it has the same dimensional (measurement wise) compared to any other comic book, just a printing defect.

Spine is detached from back/cover

8-8.5 in my opinion

I'm pretty new at this but I would say 8.5-9.0

I was wondering what the grade on this Batman #423 could fetch. I am 99% sure I am going to send it in, but want a good idea of what the grade could be. Also to note: the pages are off-white to white.

I'm MrRoboto and have been collecting comics for over 5 years. I recently made a submission to CGC but was unsure what the grades were going to be. I've gone to multiple shops and asked their opinion but I fear that they are trying to low-ball me to buy the comic for a cheap price.

As a result, I just wanted to post few pictures of comics here and see what you guys think the grade would bring.

Note: The first book is a Spider-Man #1 1990 Silver Direct Variant. The pages are white and the book has never been read. By the way, the line in the book in the second photo is not a crease, but a printing defect I think.
