  1. Yea he's almost as crazy as Sterling....but that 175 is one of the toughest HOM's to get in HG. If the grading is on, he got a good deal.
  2. Most of my dollar books are raw but here's a 253 9.2 W. Those thicker slabs don't scan well on my scanner.........
  3. I used to, now I don't. My LCS doesn't even carry them anymore. Readership dropped to low
  4. I've always thought that was the goofiest vampire cover ever. It looks like he's got lipstick on.
  5. Yea thats another book I'd love to find. I sold my extra about a year and a half ago. Love that book
  6. I've been looking for this darn book for a while. Beggars can't be choosers.... Punch 9 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=6513964072&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT

  8. I finally got a HG copy of HOM 284 for starters. Now for those later Kaluta issues I just need/want 262, 282, 288, 294
  9. I only found a few good ones at the show on Saturday.
  10. Well, haven't seen much posted,so I'll try to add my run of Adams Challengers.......
  11. I'm about 95% certain the Bethlehem Showcase's were sold to Motor City as a lot in the early 90's. (91-92?) After that I don't know what happened to them. (of cource I have been wrong before) I have a picture of him (MGoldmen) in front of em in one of my comic mags. (Overstreet monthly/quarterly?) I remember this was when Silver age was super hot and the Bethlehem Showcase's were considered to have some of the highest grade copies of the day. I'll see if I can dig it out. Edit Here's some quick info I dug up.... The 9 sold at Christies for 10K in 94 Weiss (and Joe Rainone) bought them from Stanley Pachon (the original owner in 1990) There was no AF15, FF1 or Flash 105 Rainone sold most of his right away while Weiss kept many of his for a while I'll keep searching....
  12. If you want to know more about the Bethlehem books I would talk to Motor City, since he had the run of HG Showcase.
  13. Wasn't Rocket Comics continued in Canada with cover reprints of other books. I believe they had some key covers (from other titles) reprinted.
  14. 20K+ is way out of my price range But I'll send you a want list
