  5. You can't remove a comment from any threads. You can report a post, which you already did and I removed it. I also made a comment in your for sale thread to add a return policy to your terms of sale, which is required to sell here. I'm not going to ban anyone from your listings but, if there is a problem, you can use the report feature. Mike

  9. Hi His problem is with the registry. This is different from the cert lookup. I am told web help needs to fix this. Mike It might take a little time but as web help is behind in their work but, I will get this fixed for you.
  10. I believe it should have been a yellow/green label. Qualified for the unwitnessed sig, and yellow SS for the witnessed, Shatner sig.
  11. Is that a John Byrne and a William Shatner sig? If so, I am guessing just the Shatner sig was witnessed, and noted on the label.

  15. They do provide a return label. It's provided on their site to print after you fill out the form (not emailed) I will add that non US customers have to contact customer service for the prepaid shipping label.

  17. So, this is your third account. LOL... Would you like me to merge your RichCat account with this Fukuoka account? You can only have 1 account on the forum. I am guessing you no longer use the e-mail address attached to the RichCat account, and your current e-mail is the one you are using with this Fukuoka account.
