  1. The submission page should not be affected by the problems we are having on the forum.
  2. If it is not entered into the system by Wednesday, send me a PM and I will check with the receiving manager to see if they can find your package. I expect they are just overwhelmed with packages, and the people entering submissions into the system are running behind.
  3. No problem. I only e-mailed 4 people in customer service, as the first person I sent it to is out until Tuesday. It'll be a test to see if they let me know the info was corrected.
  4. Let me contact customer service and make sure the changes are made. I'm hoping it isn't too late.
  5. Complete a submission form by selecting the mechanical error option. After doing so, you will automatically be sent a prepaid shipping label. (If you are not a US resident, you will have to contact customer service for the shipping label) Be sure to write the problem on the packing slip, and write ME in multiple spots on the outside of the box. We will reholder the book, and ship it back to you at our expense. Mike
  6. It was a server error with Invision. This was something different than our ongoing problem. Hopefully, it gets fixed before Christmas. Everyone is aware that I am frustrated about this. As I mentioned earlier, the update crashed one of our lighter used forums. The technical teams are trying to avoid that happening here.
  7. First of all, I am assuming you spoke with customer service about the ME for the newton ring books, and are looking to include these other 2 books as a ME with possible debris in case? I recommend sending them pics of the 2 books in the ongoing e-mail, due to the uncertainty of debris or pen and sharpie marks. Anyhow, as far as the actual question, if it is determined that we damaged a book or books, usually there is some compensation made.
  8. Hi I see the ticket for this has been closed. Usually, that means that the problem has been fixed. Mike
  9. I just approved this post further up in the thread. I thought I would quote it to make sure it gets noticed.
  10. It's cutting it pretty close. Make sure and write WK in several spots on the outside of the box, and overnight it to us. TAT's can change from day to day so no guarantees that it will be returned to you before Christmas.
  11. I was told this earlier today. Not sure if it happened, as I have not received confirmation. A fix for this error code should be going live today.
  12. I didn't. maybe I should just add your post above to the ticket.
  13. To be honest, I am not sure what caused the outage issues. Everything that I was told, I posted on the forum. All of my attempts revolved around fixing whatever was wrong.
  14. I realize how frustrated everyone is. This includes me. I am having a difficult time performing my duties here. I have already pulled ALL strings. This will not get fixed until January. They attempted to do the update on a low use forum, and it crashed the forum. They do realize this is CCG's busiest site, and want to make sure things do not get lost forever. This forum is very important to management. When some PM's didn't go through early one Sunday morning, I brought it up to the President of CCG (all of our companies). He was very sympathetic about the situation. I do not want to move away from Invision at this point. I know it has it's glitches but, I also know we could end up worse off. Every time we make drastic changes, stuff gets lost or broken forever. Anyone remember "the big switch" of 2007 to 2008 or thereabouts? I hope everyone tries to make the best of things until we can get this properly fixed.
  15. With the amount of technical issues that are occurring with trying to role out an update, the CGC chat boards will most likely not be updated until January. The main issue is with third party plugins compliance with the update.
  16. The newsstand notation in the pedigree field is not going to change—it’s not a mistake. We are still working on driving that information to the census. It’s the same for pedigrees in that field; they will eventually be broken out on the census as well. It’s the same as usual, just waiting on programming.
