  1. Web help is aware that customers are receiving the error message only when clicking on the Control Panel tab. They have created a ticket with MX to further investigate the problem. As of yet, there is no time frame as to when the problem will be fixed. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  2. I am frustrated as well, and probably should apologize to web help, as I have been pretty hard on them. All we can do is hope the issue is resolved ASAP.
  3. Over 80 degrees 19 days in a row and counting. I used to live just barely south of the border from Quebec for 57 years. Happy to be snow free now. I just finished planting Lemon, Key Lime, Banana and Pink Grapefruit trees as well.
  4. You're so rude and unhelpful at times, Mike. It was a reasonable request. Why would anyone want to hang around waiting for performance to improve here, if that's your attitude. With all due respect, I was not being rude. I have posted the exact words here directly from Dena. We do not have a time frame as to when this will be fixed. This is a unique problem that we have not experienced before, and are working with Invision to get it fixed.

  7. Currently, books with newton rings are still handled on a case by case basis. So, you would have to send pics to submissions@cgccomics.com
  8. Yes. Unfortunately, our system currently isn't able to generate prepaid shipping labels for our non US customers. If you have a book that fits in the fix for free list, simply contact customer service for the label. They have been sent this list so, are aware of the change in policy.
  9. Debris in case is now a no charge situation. Just be specific as to what the problem is to ensure it gets fixed.

  11. Thanks guys. The white stone is white marble chips. It only cost me $300 per yard. They sparkle in the sunlight. The other stones were 3 to 4 dollars per pound. It was worth it, though. Virtually no weeding is needed.
  12. I want one for my cactus garden. Well, it's pretty much a rock garden now, as the cactuses need to do a lot of growing.
  13. I believe the registry is not affected by the updates, as it is separate from the chat forum. They are looking into the problems some people are having there.
  14. To be honest, I am not sure. I recommend starting a thread in the ask CGC Cards section, Customer service usually answers the posts in that section during the morning hours.
  15. Can you be any more specific Mike? Days, weeks, months? We tried the update on our lowest participation forum, and it crashed the site. We are working with Invision before attempting anything here. That is all I know.
  16. The cracked/damaged holders I listed applies to "books in the wild". In other words, if someone purchased a book on ebay and the holder was cracked or damaged, we will not fix it for free. Getting a submission back from CGC with a damaged holder is another matter, and should be handled the way you did. (contact customer service)
  17. We haven’t signed with him yet, but we should be signing with him around the 15th of the month.
  18. So, I have been speaking with management about the 2 week window for ME's. I do have some good news. This pertains to all books. You do not have to be the submitter, and there is no time limit. You can fill out a submission form with the Mechanical Error option. A prepaid shipping label will automatically be sent to you. (Non US customers will have to contact customer service for the shipping label) We will fix books listed below for free in the "Fix for no charge" column.
