  1. There's a new update available. We have had technical issues trying to implement it, and are working with Invision to get the problem resolved.
  2. Lets see what web help says before I send them all of this. I think they have enough to get started. Especially the part where the control panel is not working.
  3. Web help has asked what the people were doing before getting this error? 3 people from web help clicked through the registry, and didn't encounter any error. I did the same, and could not find an error either. I will pass the quoted part along to them and see what they say. Any other info is appreciated.

  6. Yes. "An error occurred during your last request. The error was logged and will be reported to the webmaster automatically. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience." This is from web help: Yesterday we did a go live at 2pm. I would suggest the customer log out of their account, clear their cache and cookies and log back in. This should fix the issue. I suspect they have had the same window open since the go live.

  11. If you are referring to the hologram covering the custom label, we now have the new labels in hand.

  14. Mike Saucerman isn't going to come and post on the forum. That's why I am here as a liaison between CGC and our customers. Since Mike's first week with CGC, I have supplied him with examples of every kind of problem that has been posted in this thread, and any I saw elsewhere on the forum. They were all brought up many times to the QC personnel. Images were also placed in the work area. I also made the trip to CGC last month to observe the process and spoke during the majority of a quality control meeting. I found the system in place to be efficient. With the amount of volume that goes through CGC, there is bound to be mistakes. With that said, we are constantly striving to improve QC. The best I can do is assist @circuitryusa with compensation for his damaged book.

  17. I believe the book gets pressed after it has been signed. @MattM CS Can you confirm this?
  18. Why don't you ship them to us via USPS Registered mail? I believe they insure up to 25K or more.
  19. You can submit it as a mechanical error if it is within the 2 week window of receiving it back from CGC. If it has been longer, check with customer service before sending it in. If you are a US resident, a prepaid shipping label will automatically be sent to you after you complete the form. If you are not a US resident, you will have to go through customer service to get one. We will fix it and ship it back to you at our expense. Be sure to write ME in several spots on the outside of the box. Also, make a note of the problem on the packing slip.
