  1. Hello I am not sure how long ago this was but, it's possible we just haven't removed it from the population report yet. Do you have the certification number? If so, give it to me, and I will make sure it is removed. As far as labels from slabs that you have cracked out, we would greatly appreciate it if they were sent back to us for removal. This can be done anytime at your convenience. If it works out better, you can wait until you have more of them. Thanks, Mike
  2. More info is always better than not enough so, the answer is yes.
  3. Everyone that have had books pressed and are receiving noted with finger bends, and a low percentage of 9.8's or lower grades than they were expecting, please send me submission numbers with text. I will send in all of the submission numbers, text etc... and we will try to find out what is going on with unexpected finger bends and/or lower grades than you were expecting. Keep in mind, number of books, grades, graders notes submission numbers and any other comment that applies will give us a better chance to find out what is going on. If there's a problem, you can help to fix it by sending me the above data I have asked for.
  4. Ran into another buzz-saw. This submission went to G/E/I at the same time as the one above, so I'm assuming it was the same grader. 2 - 9.8's, 16 - 9.6's, 4 - 9.4', 1 - 9.2 & 1 - 9.0. Please send me the submission numbers along with this text. That goes for everyone else that have had books pressed and are receiving noted with finger bends, and a low percentage of 9.8's or lower grades than they were expecting. I will send in all of the submission numbers, text etc... and we will try to find out what is going on with unexpected finger bends and/or lower grades than you were expecting. 5. Seems you are not selling this, I moved the thread out of the marketplace.
  6. For the record, it wasn't a threat. It was a warning in the thread, that does not add points to your account.. Seems you keep bringing this up, in the future I will say nothing but, I will use the formal warning template, which comes with points.
  7. Hello That timeframe varies. This is what we post on the website. Others may chime it with their experiences. Mike Turnaround times reflect the estimated number of working days to complete a submission delivered to our facility today. Turnaround times are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed. Due to high submission volumes, there may be a delay in opening incoming packages.
  8. Hello Depending on the severity of the hickey, the placement, how often it occurs on that specific card will dictate the surface grade. You cannot obtain a "Perfect" card with a hickey of any size. Mike
  9. Hello If the graders noted the damage, then it happened before CGC received it. The cards are not removed from their sleeves until they get to the graders. Additionally, the graders would not be "picking" at the card. Lastly, we do see what appears to be some damage in the same location on your photos, just not as pronounced. It might just be that the damage was exacerbated in shipping to CGC. Mike
  10. This is what was done: I added 2nd appearance to Spidey #1, 3rd appearance to Spidey #2, and Batman’s 3rd appearance to Detective #29.
  11. Hello The latest date allowed in GSB is December 1984 I have moved this thread to mixed.
  12. Let me know when the poll is over. I will be more than happy to share the results and the text in this thread with upper management.

  15. I will follow up with the web team and see how long before this is fixed.
  16. I am sorry. I had no idea the campaign was going to launch another round of PM's. I have disabled it so, it should not happen again.
  17. My apologies to everyone that received another PM from me. I had no idea another one would be sent. I have disabled the drip campaign so, it shouldn't happen again.
  18. Hello Here is a link to packaging comics that are being sent to CGC. You don't need to use our shipping kits, and others will probably chime in with packaging instructions. https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/8035/cgc-shipping-kits/ You can find our services and fees here for grading here: You can probably get by using economy. Regular has a turn around time of about 235 working days, and for fast track which is $15 more has a TAT of about 26 working days. https://www.cgccomics.com/submit/services-fees/cgc-grading/ Here is our services and fees for pressing and cleaning. https://www.cgccomics.com/submit/services-fees/ccs-pressing/ Note, there is also a $5 handling fee, and return shipping fee. Mike
  19. Hello I expect your card will show up in the population report soon. If it doesn't within a week or so, feel free to contact me, and I will look into it for you. Mike
  20. Submission tracking is only good for 8 months. To find out where your submission stands, you would need to contact customer service. When your submission moves from CCS to CGC for grading, tracking will be available to you again. Mike
