  2. They are two different turn around times so, I believe the answer to your question is yes.
  3. So, I did find some more information about this. Invoices stay on the main Submission Tracking page for 8 months. After that, you can locate the specific invoice information by entering the submission number in the search bar on the submission tracking page. Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing some issues with the submission tracking. Some invoices are not displaying properly, even when the information is entered in the search bar. We are working on that problem now and hope to have that fixed ASAP. In the meantime, if you have any questions or need to check the status of an order, our customer service department can provide that to you any time.

  7. Settings are very sensitive in the AdminCP. I hit the wrong button trying to fix the problem of people receiving multiple likes for the same post, creating multiple likes emojis. I think I got this problem fixed.
  8. I noticed that happening yesterday with someone else. I can look and see if I can fix this. Most likely, I can't. If it becomes a larger problem, I will put in a request for the tech people to look into this.

  12. I recommend calling customer service, and mention the note from one of the graders that I have posted. They can advise you better than I can, as to who you can coordinate this order with.

I would submit them the same way you would TCG cards but, add this note saying you were told: One of the graders said we can do Marker cards as long as they adhere to the standard card size limitations of our current holder. We will evaluate these on a case-by-case basis and ensure proper attribution.
