  1. Yeah, it lasted about an hour. I'm not sure why it happened.
  2. As of right now, I don't have that information.
  3. I have posted all of the information I have at this time.
  4. Hello Please add a return policy to your thread. Thanks
  5. You should be all set to post in threads. Your first post in the testing thread didn't count because it is a private forum. (You have 3 posts, and a post count of 2)
  6. It was added early this year because too many people were using the selling forums for their announcements.
  7. I moved this thread to a different forum. Nobody else would see it in the testing area.
  8. Hello comic book collectors, We at CGC want to let you know that we have seen your comments, and the concerns that you have shared on this thread have been taken to the highest level of our company. CGC takes quality control very seriously and we have been taking steps to identify and correct the root causes of the issues you’ve identified here. We have also recently added an additional 25,000 square feet of workspace, which has enabled us to hire more people, including QC specialists and operations managers, as well as improve our processes. CGC is fully focused on maintaining – and enhancing – the quality of the services that we provide. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We will attempt to contact those who have posted about a quality control issue so that we can fix it. If anyone ever experiences an issue with quality control or anything else, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated customer service team at 877-662-6642 or service@cgccomics.com.
  9. The information posted here regarding the current stage of our development for pulp certification is incorrect. While we don’t have a firm date established for the pulp launch, it will be in 2022, and hopefully sooner than later.
  10. Hello We are currently having some issues with the CGC forms not allowing customers check out. We are working on getting this issue fixed. Mike
  11. Yes, as long as your order was delivered before your membership expires then it will be fine. Your credit would still be applied.

  13. I have removed the Pokemon forum, and merged it to Magic: The Gathering, and added Trading Card Games. So, these are all in one forum. If I didn't do this, we would have too many sub forums. Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon and Trading Cards Games
  14. Posted on 12/8/2021 In preparation, please submit any open orders by 3:00 p.m. ET on December 14 so that items in your cart are not lost during the update. CGC is excited to announce the launch of a new and improved CGC online submission form on December 15, 2021. The new form features faster submission capability, easier field completion and a more intuitive design. Important! In preparation for the launch of the new form, please submit any open orders by 3:00 p.m. ET on December 14, 2021, so that items in your cart are not lost during the update. Also, you will not be able to start new submissions using the old form after this time. On December 15, the new and improved form will be available for your submissions. 16. Thought I should point out that the reason we have a probation thread and a probation discussion thread is because our host has indicated they won't get involved in buying and selling disputes here. This is our best solution to self police ourselves. This is correct. CGC only moderates the buying and selling guidelines that have been put in place for each forum.
  17. Hello Yes the creators reached out with interest in us being able to grade their cards, provided a database and sample cards for us to inspect. We also have a list of other TCG's we will include in a future expansion of our services and customer feedback on popular new TCGs will certainly be evaluated.

  20. There is a kudos forum. We encourage both buyers and sellers to start a thread for themselves. After a transaction is finished, you could ask the other party if they are willing to leave you positive feedback. This has been going on for many years on the comics side, and has proven to work well. The comics forum is highly successful for both buyers and sellers. People have worked hard to keep this forum a real nice place to buy and sell, and make it several steps above ebay. There is even a probation and hall of shame list for people who have failed to hold up their end of the deal. As a rule, there is great communication, people pay promptly and items are shipped in a timely manner. I feel the same things will happen in the card marketplace.
  21. Hello The form is already updated with all the new games. Mike
  22. You will still need to add shipping info to your thread.
