Still think its more Superhero bad story-lines and D-level characters. Most COVID to now is characters most dont care about mixed with some of the worst story-lines and bad CGI. Its almost bad GOTG did so well , now they think other low-tier characters can make a billion dollars.

100 pages are from the same 4 people that think the hobby is over and CGC slabs are now null & void, but yet if you ask them to then sell their now worthless CGC slabs at a slight discount you get no responses.

I am still waiting on all these supposed "easy to crack/switch" Youtube videos to surface. Bob, Nick Sirianni will learn to run the ball against a terrible team that is the worst against the run before we see the above. You know Nick Sirianni is probably behind this comic book scam, I mean why not he scammed us with thinking the Eagles were a 10-1 team at one point.

I really don't understand how some of you are missing this. All Reholders/ME are supposed to be crosschecked in the system with the original label and the comic then double checked that the grade matches the internal graders notes/images etc. If not then we have a problem, and that is why all this scamming from the MVS and inserts was so easily preventable. Point Blank Period. If someone sends in a CGC 9.8 label with a a different raw copy from a CGC 9.0 inner well its should have zero chance of getting by CGC. So yes this is an easy fix as some of us have stated many times with some CGC workers following basic in place protocols.

Like I said they all are supposed to be doubled check to make sure the grade matches up. If you put a 9.8 label and 9.4 ASM 252 in front of me your book isnt leaving the office as a 9.8.

There is no joke. Why would CGC need a clear outer well piece of plastic to reholder the book that has been broken into a couple pieces?

Old labels one could switch out the label in 2 seconds. Yes the new ones dont break as bad as the previous generations. All anyone needs at CGC is really the label and the comic in the inner well. Then you can re-check everything.

All reholders and ME are supposed to be check re-graded. Thats why CGC has serial numbers with graders notes to double check everything in their system. What good is the outer case if its in 10 pieces?

If the case cracked in half how can you submit the original case when half the pieces are gone

Tampered or not a Hulk #181 having MVS should never not be checked. So what you are saying is the person was lacking in doing their job is my point. If all basic protocols were followed the scammer would have made $0 dollars of profit. I dont care about the case. Check each book as they are supposed to do each time.

The scammer GOAT. I was at that show as a 12 year old. I scammed my parents because I cut that school to attend that show.

The case is irrelevant when it gets to CGC, the real question is the book and the label that comes with it. Sometimes I dont even send in the case when I need a reholder to save on weight costs. I smash it and just send the inner well and the label.

The video still proves it was clearly tampered with. The scammer from what is known so far only profited from CGC's lack or basic protocols at the office. Not because they switch out the book and CGC never touch the book. They don't need a Brand New slab (slight enhancement sure), they more so just need a CGC employee to check and open the book at Reholdering/ME to actually make sure it is the same book. You know make sure the book actually has a MVS or Mark Jewelers Insert in there. You can fix this issue in 5 minutes with just a pair of working eyes and someone who can follow basic protocols. You can just look up the graders notes as well for FREE at all times.

Please show us all how you can do this. This generation CGC case has been out for almost 9 years now, but now all of sudden its the easy process to swap out books. Ummm no No video has been produced yet that shows a perfect example of what you are so confident is happening.

Most Youtubers will go doom and gloom, but end their videos with "I am sure CGC will do the right thing and restore confidence in the hobby." Because without CGC they wont get future clicks.

I would bet you will be seeing a video response from them sometime early in the new year.
