    I do have slabs for some of my big $ books , so I only have but 40 or so slabs. So I'm absolutely not against slabbing. I'm just dismayed that even impartial judges for grading have deemed pressing a now "unrestored" designation. Be that as it may I rather now love to find high grade un manipulated books and keep them raw.

    That might put some credibility to the story that Warren wanted to push the first prints out quickly to establish the copyright. Also for the 2nd prints that they were indeed printed at the Warren facility by a employee as was presumed.

    My recollection is that they were not sold in comic book stores, but they were sold in places like Tower Records, The Warehouse records stores.
