Here's a brand new upgade:
The colors look deep and glossy on that book, great looking copy.

Lets see this 3.0 baby of yours, welcome to the club as my copy is coverless.

Great looking copy, one of my favorite covers.

The 110 and the 123 are two of my favorites of the run.

Picked up this copy last weekend, significant upgrade over my previous copy.

Adding to my Flash 10 cent collection, I picked this up at WonderCon last weekend.

That's a pretty Showcase 13. Probably my favorite Showcase Flash cover also.
Thanks
He had a small stack of comics he was pricing and this book was on his table, I kept stopping back waiting for him to get a price. He literally handed the book to me after he put a price on it and I said

I'm working on my 10 cent Flash collection. I picked this copy up from Graham Crackers this weekend at the Chicago Con. I'm thrilled with the deep blue colors.

Just got word of a Primer #2 in 9.8 today via phone with a CGC customer service rep from my recent submission.

It's just listed as scheduled for grading. I can call and get the grades now? I don't have to wait for it to change to graded?
Although grades are final when the order ships. You can call when it says scheduled for grading as they will have grades for you.

If there never was a top staple from the time of manufacture on a comic,no staple holes.Would that get a qualified label or be considered a production related flaw and come back a blue label?
I had a copy come back blue 9.8.

Wow...new to the census. Nice! Do you know who owns this copy? Thanks.
shelton drum (?) of heroes (i'm blanking) temporarily. the 42,000 book collection is slated to be sold by heritage (according to roy1970d).
It has been consigned to Heritage February Signature auction.

Yup, different back cover and much larger than standard comic size. Good memory Tom (thumbs u
I have never owned one of the treasury sized editions, however over the years I remember seeing them sell on Ebay. Typically sold for over $100.00.
I've had over 20 copies of the regular 3-D edition. There is also a 2-D version which is scarce, I do not believe I ever unearthed one of those.
I would say close to 100% of the buyers of this comic are Michael Jackson memorabilia collectors.

Does this belong here? Saw one on Ebay just sell for $35
There is an oversized treasury edition of this comic book which is signifigantly scarcer and more valuable.

Anyone know the estimated print run of Howard the Duck #33 which came out in the 1986? Low print run according to Overstreet!
More than 100k.
Didn't a 9.8 of that just go $250 or something on eBay?
There are only 2 #33 9.8 and neither were for sale on ebay. Doc Joe got his from Reynold Jay and the other went to a private sale to a guy in Britain.
Incorrecto. Top Notch sold one last month for $332 on eBay. I think I even started a thread about it. Sale is in GPA.
yep the 33 and 25 are now paired up side by side in a private collection

What about Thunderpussy's

My money is on the fact that Doc Joe now owns that book.
Mine too. Thought the same exact thing.
Doc Joe already had copy #1, this book went to another collector. The book is not that hard to find, but finding it without color breaks is tough. I've been looking for two years. The #32 seems to be tougher, it is very odd that they kept the same numbering with that large time gap between issues.

Additionally, three Star Comics series were planned yet never published:
* Christy
* Little Wizards
* Young Astronauts
Did any of these ever surface

The scan of my Masters of Universe #13 is a Star Imprint

So, we've got a thread about Star comics with 20 posts, and nobody has mentioned "Peter Porker: The Spectacular Spider-Ham".
What the Juststopit.DoyouWANTastrike????
One of my all-time favorite series. Actually, the only series I had a mail-order subscription to.
If anybody has potential 9.8 copies of any Spider-Ham book (apart fro the "Marvel Tails" book), let me know if you want to get rid of anything.
Not 9.8 but still

That a return distributor mark, book should of been destroyed. It should get downgraded to a VG.
