Picked up 20 WWs in the HA auction. Luckily the nicest of the bunch was WW 98; looks better than the scans. It's glossy with nice vibrant colors.

Seeing her in Fast and Furious, my first thought was that she was too thin, and not the making of an amazon. But after watching the Superman/Batman preview, she looked good as WW. She is definitely growing on me.

I sold my WW#1 3.0 ow years ago on CL. Curious if it is the same copy.....I recall it had a small corner piece missing. Love to see a pic...please.

Anyone else watching these? Some of the prices seem to be a little crazy...like this one..The entire spine is taped. Maybe I should stop upgrading my collect and keep the lower grade ones ::shrug:
That price is crazy....restored GD- at that price. I may just list my copy on Ebay.

So I had Kenny remove the tape that was on the inside spine and the little bit that was on the outside and a dry cleaning. There was athletic or medical tape on the bottom half of the inside which was removed. No restoration though. The spine is completely split otherwise so it is basically a 1.0. Different lighting makes the colors look a little different.

That's a nice looking 4.5! I'm guessing that there is some interior staining that could have dropped the grade down? Looks like a VF copy to me
Thanks everyone. The two main problems with the book are some staining on the bottom left corner and if you look closely by Thor's thigh, there are ring marks from a cup.

I sold this copy years ago when I upgraded to a 6.5. More than one year ago, I sold my 6.5 and regretted it since. So when this copy came available, I grabbed it. It is not as nice as my 6.5 but it presents well for the grade.
