A Travesty!

All amazingly beautiful books. Especially love the 28 & 29.

One of the wonderful things about these boards for me is that certain collectors have offered to sell special books from their collections to me because they know how much I have wanted them and how much I will appreciate them. Sometimes it is hard to let something go, but it becomes a little easier when you know the person who is buying the book will cherish it for many many years. Thanks to Airwalker, I now have one of the top items on my want list and have completed my WW2 run of Terry-Toons. Some of you know I have been looking for a copy of this for a long time, and got sniped at the last second during a c-link auction a couple months ago. Thanks again Airwalker - you have made my day

I bought this book about 10 years ago and it was my first GA comic. What drew me to this book was the amazing preservation, snow white pages/covers and unrestored. It is a lower grade but great eye appeal.

I know 6 will be tough especially when I know someone else wants to upgrade their existing copy. Perhaps I will have a shot at his undercopy

This just arrived in my mail yesterday. It's my earliest Timely. (But I only have a handful.) It doesn't compare to some of the fine examples posted above, and it won't win any awards for condition, but I still love it!

This forum is great because you guys seem very supportive. Wow, what have I done. All this pressure. Guess I will break the rule since I can't top my 1st post and can't come close to Rick's Torch 1. but I love this battle issue.
