I would not worry about this because Clink requires a commission price and eBay gets you in auction fees in comparison to here being free to list. If people hike up prices here, well, the buyers like me are going to wait them out until they discount to a reasonable price (which should be done first anyway...)

If sellers continue to ignore the rules of listing elsewhere and whatnot, well, I think it's wise to say so publicly in seller's thread so we can get an idea of how many warnings a seller has gotten, so we can start polling in the probation thread on whether so and so should be marked. I completely understand people like BrianR wanting to be polite about it and not legitimately bump a thread, but there should be a record of this (in a way) as it's upon us, the members, to self-police the marketplace. Please PM GACollectibles if you have to, as he's charitably taken upon the role for us if we need a public face.
