No, I felt the same. As soon as they hinted at the love interest with the girl he lived with less than 10 minutes in I felt it was very cliché. I thought it was more cheesey than interesting. I'm gonna try to stick around for a few more episodes.

earlier in the episode he said he was going to try armor piercing rounds, up close, and hope that it would work. He came down because he wanted it point blank, and they zoomed in on the bullet after it was fired in order to show it to be this high end armor piercing round. He wouldn't need to be close to shoot him, if he had just shot him from the window when he wasn't even aware of anyone aiming a rifle at his head.

Paypal ruled in my favor and I will be getting a refund in the next day or two. Still no word from Ajaxfarrell though. Same. Paypal provided the refund but I think he should remain on the list until he can discuss why he failed to follow through on his sales. I never got my purchase (even though he said it was mailed weeks ago), never responded to me, so he's going to stay on the list until he refunds me, since I can't go through Paypal. Still very disappointing. I had gotten the same story like you did - from Ajaxfarrell. I had to go report to my credit card company to get my money back. I never got any response since 8/28. I guess he goes on banned list? Just my , I ordered some clocks from him a couple of years ago and it took awhile to get them, but he would send me updates every few days. I wasn't in a rush so I didn't complain. I'm very surprised to be reading this.

What I didn't like about the slomo bullet part was that the guy was up in the bldg and could have easily shot him from the window instead of carrying that rifle outside and causing a commotion.

Wow what a great movie, I think this is better than the Avengers. There was almost no cheesiness like in Cap 1 or Iron Man 3. Just one thing....

Daryl's group was a means to an end, as it pertains to a storytelling end that is. They existed as a vehicle to set up a dichotomy between people who are simply "hard" and people are "good" but can be harder than the hardest when pushed. They were included, exclusively, to allow for the transformation of Rick into something far more dangerous, capable, and confident than he's ever been before. The episodes work so much better if you think of the concepts instead of "how many shots were fired?", or "when do they poop?" kinds of questions. The narrative is incredible powerful when you look for the forest instead of the trees. For example. The way Rick killed Dan...the guy who was trying to rape Carl...he did with his knife to Dan what Dan was trying to do to Carl with his dong. Well put together show and storytelling. I took it another way. Outnumbered, they were all dead, each one had a gun to their heads while Darryl was getting the beejesus kicked out of him. But they all ended up ok in the end. That showed that Rick will never be killed off in the show. No matter what situation, what plot twist (Terminus), he will make it out fine. I'd say the same for Darryl and Michonne as well. The ending would have been outstanding if when they walked into that boxcar, either Maggie, Glenn, etc would be hanging from meat hooks or they would have come shuffling towards them as zombies. But we get butt kicker Rick who we already know will eventually get out of there and kill the termites. I like the show but like the comic, it's becoming too predictable with little surprises. I hope that next season we see more major characters killed off and new story lines that don't use the comic as a guide. The show is #1, so there's no reason to change the formula right now, but imagine if Rick, Carl, Mich, and Daryl had been killed by the claimed gang, talk about the greatest season finale of all time. Hell I'd like it if we never see Carol, Tyreese, Judith, or Beth again. Rick & co are left wondering what the hell happened to them but nobody ever finds out. It's too unbelievable to have all of them reunited at Terminus. I know, looking way too much into it.

They said Termiteville had been there since the beginning. Hard to imagine that it was never found by the Guv or Rick before this, especially with all the signs and radio broadcasts, someone in Woodbury would have brought it up that they've heard the broadcast or seen the signs. Oh and the quick ending to Daryl's group was weak.

They need to come up with something new, each storyline is almost the same just different bad guys and same results.

Did Abe tell Glenn they had been driving for 3 hours? It would be better if Rick and the others didn't reunite for another season, there's no way they can find each other so quickly. I wouldn't expect all of them to reunite. Mulletboy looks like a dork, how anybody could believe he knows all about what happened is

I'm still reading but hoping Rick or Carl bite the dust when this arc is over. Then we can get to the next storyline.

But first lets talk and even though it would end things quicker if I killed you, I'd much rather talk to you in the usual vilian monologue and tell you what I'm going to do and then you'll escape so that I can get you in another compromising position again and then I'll give you another speech...... I'll be so glad when this arc is done and one or both of them are dead. I'm actually rooting for Carl now, never liked that twerp before.

Did issue #119 just come out or was that last week? Picked it up today, how the hell does Negan drive up unnoticed and stand there for a few minutes and not one shot to his head? This storyline could have ended many issues ago with either Rick or Negan dead without these crazy speeches about "let's talk for real this time", come on, a bullet to either ones head and boom, move on to next storyline.

Agreed, after around issue 48 I started to lose interest in the series. It's gotten to the point now that I have a few issues sitting there that I haven't even read. I don't even know some of the characters that have been introduced. I hope it gets better and gets me interested again. But I do have the entire series and multiple copies of the first 10 issues in case the usual suspects decide to chime in and say I'm not a true fan of the comic.

I did not like this episode. Too many reasons to list. I put in spoilers cuz I see others have.....though I dont understand why, if you know the show comes on tonight then don't click on this thread! Yikes....the dead walk...but guns not running out of bullets is the deal breaker. That wasn't a long range scope on Daryl's rifle, it was a holographic sight. That was a short barrel AR, it and its holographic (which most likely didn't work because it runs on batteries) are designed for 25 feet and closer combat. Anything outside that range is a shoot. He might come within 2 feet at 50 yards but any closer is going to be a stretch and that sight is useless at that distance. Actually, the scope isn't even needed. They make head shots all the time on moving targets. As I've said before, the dead walking excuse is used every time. The show is about zombies, I get it.
