Until I looked at Go Collect I had no Idea how hot this book and the original was.....I could not find it on my data base.... well because of sheltering I decided to re do my 4000+ comics on excel then update locations on my Comic Book program. I was shocked that I had it... I am not taking it out of the sleeve until CGC does it so please grade on the front cover only.

Weaving the Web: Building a Complete AMAZING SPIDER-MAN Run
WEBHEAD commented on Wall-Crawler's journal entry in Wall-Crawler's Journal
I admire your project. I've been collecting since the 60s During my best a long time ago I managed a 1-500 run ASM but had to sell a lot of it off when I retired..... have the AF15 but many of the 1-35 some are missing Best of Luck -
Class of 2003 It was so long ago in the infancy of the Internet ( signed up on AOL in 98 ) Collecting since '62.... kept it up till College but still managed to pick up some books that turned out to be keys.... found out about CGC from a friend bought raw comics on Ebay then discovered that I need to sell to buy.... joined up in the infancy as a lurker. Back then the threads were full of lots of great information about the hobby. Threads then were exciting, we had Comic-Keys who lived under many alias the threads where hundreds of pages in a few days. I had a small CGC collection then finally decided that I had to get the big$$ books graded including my AF15 ASM1 FF 1 I love the hobby now have 186 graded..... Happy that the Board is still here (PS love the Christmas Raffle and the many grading contest.... I also me Steve Borock when he was still with CGC.... everytime in NY when I saw him he remembered..... still a great guy...... I love CGC and try to get 3 books out each month.

Amazing Spider-Man Collecting Thread!

Obviously I love Spider-man at one time I had a 1-500 but had to sell many of the early books only now trying to piece them back.... here are some of the most recent I managed to buy over the last 6 months -
I posted this earlier... purchased in 2009 for $750 on Ebay. It was restored with re enforced front cover, before I had it graded I checked to be sure that the entire book was their, no pieces cut from it.... check. The Cover appears to be from a AF15 that was going to returned with the top label cut, The label was recreated with such precision and authentic look.... originally I had it sent received a .5 restored significant work on it, I sent it in latter to Desert Wind for a Stan Lee Signature..... since then value of the book has gone thru the roof ( however the chance of me selling is slim and none perhaps my daughter and heir when I leave this mortal shell will sell my CGC collection and the AF ) I did sell my ASM 1 and FF 1 to help her out of college for a significant deposit on a used car... since then those books now each have hit high 5 figures ( I should have just written a check ) here is it is thank you for this great club Incomplete remark is due to the re enforcement of the front cover.

I think one thing that was over looked is that Superman has a weakness to any kind of magic... well as we all know that Thor's hammers power was created via magic/Odin. So I would say all Thor would have to do is knock Superman down and lay his hammer on his chest Game Over
