  1. I don't know....this is what I see. Maybe because you're in Canada?
  2. I don't see it for PS4? Huh? It's right there at the link I provided. PS4 version on the left...Xbox One version on the right.
  3. Just saw that as well. For those interested...here's the website with links to download the games.
  4. Just a heads up on a one day discount. Today only (February 18, 2014)....you can get Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition for PlayStation 4 or Xbox One for $39.99 with free shipping at this link on Amazon.
  5. I haven't played the third one yet. But is it possible in the first one? Seems like it would be extremely tough...if not impossible...with the time limit they put on you to play through the complete game to earn the platinum trophy. Only way I did it in the first game in the series was to...
  6. Ok...it's quite possible that I was the last person on the planet that owns a Sony game system and hadn't played the God of War games yet. If you've already played them, feel free to skip my post. If not, I thought I would offer a quick review. About a year ago, I purchased the God of War Saga Collection for $20 for my PS3. I thought it was a great deal to get 5 games for that price. It comes with 2 Blu-ray discs which include: 1) God of War 2) God of War II 3) God of War III It also included a voucher to go online and download the following (which I think were originally PSP games): 4) God of War: Chains of Olympus 5) God of War: Ghost of Sparta I decided to go ahead and purchase at that time because the download vouchers were all going to expire on 3/31/2013. So I purchased the game, opened it, downloaded the included games, and never touched it again until I recently played the first God of War game. I really enjoyed it (enough to go back through a second time to get the Platinum Trophy). It reminded me a little of the very first Tomb Raider game (which was one of my favorite games on the original PlayStation)...except with better graphics and more action. It included some fun exploration, some cool puzzles to solve, and several boss battles that were a bit frustrating but not impossible (which I suppose is how they should be). I've only played the first game, but I feel I've already got my money's worth out of the $20 I originally spent on it. It's still available on Amazon for $20 and you can find it at this link.. I'm looking forward to playing the others. Also...according to this Playstation link, Sony has extended the voucher deadline until 3/31/2014 for the two downloadable games. So...if you have never played these games but have wanted to...time is running out (at least for the 2 downloadable games). Be forewarned however, these are mature content games which include quite a bit of gore, mature themes, and some nudity.
  7. Look...let's get one thing straight right now...because I'm sick and tired of all of this. I had the toy first. Billy knew I had the toy first. Hell...every other kid in the class knew I had the toy first. It's been 40 frigging years....let it go!
  8. You should out them! It was Meeklo he's already responded to her I mean Hector Button humped.
  9. He immediately started using some of the same tactics in his first post over there too. His first post: I'm GIJOEISAWESOME from the other CGC boards. Joined cuz this place looks fun. Hi! Oh, my name is Bryan but I like to go by Lee.
  10. Another account here? No on the CBCA forum he has the same screen name that he used here. I noticed a thread he started over there during his strike induced 1 week vacation from here. Thread Subject: A weird question regarding comic reading and my empty wallet. His question: OK, I am finding myself with some time on my hands. Is there a way to make money buy reading comics? Writing reviews after reading them? Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance ya'll!
  11. My thoughts exactly. This little turd lied to several people in here in order to defraud them out of money. My dad would have beat my *spoon* for that.
  12. I believe his real first name was Connor. Anybody know what GIJOE's real first name was?
  13. Could one of the offended parties also nominate him for the PL or HOS list this? Or would this not qualify?
  14. This looks a little like proof: In NP_Gresham's original sales thread, he listed his Avengers #181 as being in 6.0 (Fine Condition). And here is the scan he provided in his thread: Then in this post, NP_Gresham reveals that he still has the email copy of the PM from GIJOEISAWESOME where GIJOE states: "The grade on one of the MP 48's and the Avengers 181 were a little off." (claiming they are over graded, in what has now been shown as a pattern to induce a partial refund from the seller). And finally...in GIJOE's sales thread here, you will see the same book now for sale by him, except the grade on it is now 7.0/7.5 (after he complained to NP_Gresham that it was over graded as a 6.0). And if you check the scan from his sales thread shown below...you'll clearly see it is the same book.
  15. If you have not shipped the books yet, I am sure that GIJOEISAWESOME would be delighted and relieved if he didn't have to go through with this purchase. You see...he now owes a substantial amount of money due to a medical issue that has just come up...and he has been forced to start selling some of his books that he was wanting to keep.
  16. Just trying to get this straight ... You bought 2 copies of MP #48 from Gresham and complained to him that they were overgraded. But in your latest sales thread those copies were listed at a higher grade than the one Gresham originally assigned? Here's what he bought... Now, in the new sales thread: The 181 is a 7.0 The MP 47 was 9.0/9.2 And he's mentioned the 48's were 5.5 to 9.0 but the references in the thread are gone now. Then there's the issue of the several noted occasions when he made claims of overgrading to obtain partial refunds from other boardies. I've done about 100 transactions here on the boards on the buying or trading side. I deal almost solely with raw books. There are bound to be errors somewhere. I personally far prefer to issue a partial refund than a return. Where'd the 48's go from the sales thread? This question is actually one of the more disturbing ones to me. The MP 48's were some of the books he was complaining about the grades on. And now they have conveniently been deleted from his sales thread in what seems to be an obvious attempt to cover up evidence.
  17. Here's the TechCrunch article Here's the Yahoo article. Amazon Could Be Preparing a Video Game Console BY Gary Krakow | 02/06/14 - 09:58 AM EST NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- It looks, by Amazon's (AMZN_) latest moves, as if it's planning to build a video game console of its own. The company just acquired California-based game developer Double Helix Games for an undisclosed amount. Double Helix is best known for creating "Killer Instinct," one of the first titles available at launch for Microsoft's (MSFT_) latest Xbox One device. Amazon shares were advancing nearly 1% to $349.84 in early New York trading on Thursday. In confirming earlier rumors, Amazon told Game Informer that it bought Double Helix as part of its "ongoing commitment to build innovative games for customers." No formal announcement of the deal has been made, but according to other published reports, journalists receiving invitations to an Amazon/Double Helix event scheduled for next Thursday in Los Angeles believe the deal will be formalized at that time. Amazon has been interested in the video game business for some time. The company purchased video game maker Reflective Entertainment more than five years ago. Recently, it has been recruiting developers to work at its new Amazon Game Studios. A number of industry experts believe Amazon has been developing a new gaming console which was expected to have been announced last fall. The device is now expected to be released this spring. Retail price estimates are currently in the $300 range. Amazon has historically had great success with its own line of consumer electronics beginning with its first Kindle book reader announced in November 2007, through its Kindle Fire line of Android tablets introduced in September 2011. An Amazon game console could prove to be a huge challenge for current industry rivals Sony (SNE_), Microsoft and Nintendo. -- Written by Gary Krakow in New York.
