    The fifteenth California Comic Convention ( CalComicCon ) will be held on Sunday, February 5th, 2023 The show will again be held in Orange County in Costa Mesa, held just miles from Disneyland and other attractions. We will continue to have a raffle that will have CGC graded comics, original artwork and sketches by guest artists. This year our show will be at the Westin South Coast Plaza, and we will have a Saturday Comic Swap and other events on Saturday the 4th. this event will be co-sponsored by Short Boxed and Heritage.     the show was excellent, for a first time event this was amazingly well run. I loved the hours and the fact that attendees could sell their stuff. perhaps a raffle and or a panel or two, would keep people interested in the event a little longer. some pictures:

    I plan to set up at the Comic Con Revolution on May 21 & 22, 2022 https://www.comicconrevolution.com/ontario/ This will be my first time setting up at this show and will have two new collections there. One is original owner Silver-Age Marvel and DC, the other low grade Golden age, mostly DC. the show will be at the Ontario Convention Center, in Ontario, CA near the Airport.     Best show so far, A perfect balance of set-up, meet and greet, Show and Steranko dinner. Worth every mile of the drive from the west coast to New Hampshire. The Golden age collectors really showed up for this one and were making piles. Now if the Tornadoes don't get me on the way back it will be excellent!

    I will do some buying along the way and see some Family and friends I have not seen for a while, so it is not too bad. Once you get past the Missouri River there is so much to see and do. The Western states are mostly long and boring to drive through.
