  7. Looks like a subscription crease on the front cover. Perhaps 5.0-6.0 because it presents so well?

  12. Experts: Are these grid lines from pressing and if so, how do they impact grading?
  13. Man! What a beautiful looking book, but as others had said, that sub crease f'd the grade. 5.5 seems reasonable.
