IIRC - Chuck at MHC bought it back after putting it up. He put it up for the proceeds to go to a charity CBLDF. I had not heard of it being sold again.

While Wolverine, Punisher and Secret Wars were probably the best selling - I enjoyed others vastly more. I bought many mini series at the time but not all - here were my favorites: Hawkeye Hercules Prince of Power Majik Vision and the Scarlet Witch West Coast Avengers

Once again I score blow out points but fouls knock back my Won/Loss Ratio. 23-5 and ranked 23rd, mid-major that gets little respect unless I get to the final four.

Actually it doesn't negate the feedback system. Your actions sir are why an ebay representative can take off an undeserved negative feedback. Even if you never return you will never be forgotten. Well done, very well done.

Has anyone besides me had a buyer question why they came up blocked on one of your items on ebay? I have had it happen once. "Why am I blocked from bidding. I have never bought anything from you?" My response was... "I am being proactive"

imo, you would have lost the claim on ebay. If RMA calls an ebay rep he can have the neg removed (I've had it done). I can see the rep laughing about "I only negged him after he wouldn't let me buy from him again by placing me on his blocker buyer list."

BmoGreen is probably going to get a few surprises on ebay in the next year or so... and not in the books he buys but in the surprises he gets when he goes to bid. I'm certain he has joined many Blocked Bidder Lists that he is unaware of... until he tries to bid. The seller offered to refund you on on a graded comic CGC 9.8 - that was fair enough. Didn't matter that it was RMA. (who has a good rep)
