Title says it all. Mostly high grade books although there will be a few low-mid grade books too. New acquisitions, new under-copies, books from my collection that I decided to sell and re-listings, many at lower prices.
Here are terms:
People on the probation list, or that I may have on ignore, are not eligible to purchase.
Raw books: All my raw books are unrestored and not pressed unless noted. All my raw books are accurately graded and your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back (except shipping costs) as long as book is returned in same condition as sent within 7 days of receipt.
The first
in this thread or via PM wins the book based on time stamp.
Time payments are possible but must be discussed before you make the purchase.
All prices are in USD.
Shipping cost depends of how many books you take, where you live and how you want this to be shipped: 1-8 raw books (regular size) with $100 insurance and tracking number to the USA with strong packaging is estimated around $25.00 depending of your zip code. For more books or more insurance, other options are available at higher cost.
I do accept PayPal, personal checks (may need to clear if I don't know you though) or international money orders. PayPal is fine for orders up to $1,000. For orders above that amount, checks or international money orders only.
Always feel free to send me offers via PM, the worst I can answer is no.

Buy the book, not the grade.
This. Period.
Do this and you will greatly reduce disappointment when buying a CGC book.

Doctor Solar, Man of the Atom #1 CGC 7.5: $725
To the best of my knowledge, this book was not pressed. Looks great for its assigned grade.
Last GPA sale was $800 (01/18/2024)
-
Amazing Spider-Man 17 CGC 9.2: $3,500
2nd Green Goblin appearance
I don't know if the book was pressed or not.

New price reductions on some books
-
Amazing Spider-Man #86 CGC 9.0: $475
Old label goodness graded in 2002. This book was not pressed and it's pretty obvious when you hold the book in hands, it would however greatly benefit from pressing if you are into that (not me).
-
Batman #5 CGC Fine- 5.5: $5,500 NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Classic cover and Joker story.
This book was NOT pressed and it would obviously benefit from pressing and cleaning if you are into that kind of thing (not me). Unpressed copies of such early GA books are today near extinction. Colors and gloss on this copy are unreal for a comic of that age. Graded in 2004, it looks gorgeous for its technical grade. Most recent sale around that grade was a CGC 6.5 that sold for $6,000 but feel free to compare that copy with this one: Batman #5 CGC 6.5

Since I referenced it in the "Are prices still climbing ..." thread, I figure I might as well post it.
Yes, I overpaid, Yes, I know it. Why I did it ... I can only attest to the moment of irrationality that occasionally overtakes even the most rational-thinking people.
I had been eyeing the book all auction. It's an old label beauty of a classic ASM issue, and for a while, it looked like I might be able to snag it at a reasonable price. Then, between 30 minutes to an hour before the end, the bidding shot up, and what I had planned to bid was exceeded. My rational side said, "Wait until the next one comes along." The irrational side of me that was aggravated said, "#%$& this ... I'm getting this, and whoever else is bidding, you're not getting it".
All in all, happiness is not all about snagging a deal. Sometimes, it's about the rush of the item itself. I have always loved this issue, and I'll be happy to own this copy when it arrives.
It's an old label that looks and probably is better than its assigned grade so you probably did not overpaid

Captain America 179,193 and Superman #24 have sold via PM
I will not list anything else in this thread, strangely I sold less books than usual but bigger ones.
Closing this thread now but feel free to make offers via PM, the more books you want, the more flexible I can be and the worst I can say is no.

Prize Comics Western #97 VF+ : $75
Note that there is no CGC graded copy of issue #97 yet in the CGC census, so this one could be the first.
FLASH SALE: BUY IT FOR $60 !

Just a few raw books for sale (CLOSED)
in Golden/Silver/Bronze Age Only

Fantastic Four #83 VF+ to VF/NM:
$65NOW $60Would be higher grade but there is a small writing indentation on fc, like if someone wrote a price on a sheet of paper above the comic. There is no ink nor any pen/pencil mark and this should be easily removed with pressing.
