    so what grade was the copy slabbed for $160?

    as for the signature - is the green label pretty much a death kiss?

    will they take grade points off too?

     

    perhaps most importantly. 
    going in later to see the vaulted books and back issues - I have to make an appointment with the owner. if I am negotiating and I have comp sales and data - is it frowned upon to bring this up with prices on a cellphone or sheets ?
