Hello Guys and Gals, Here are some items I consigned to Heritage. These are some of the most beautiful chess sets I have ever had in my collection. These are all hand made from scratch. Do not be confused by the hand painted cast molds you will occasionally see on ebay. These are among Doug Anderson's finest works. They are all in MINT condition which is very rare. They retail for 8-10k each. I do not expect them to go anywhere near that amount being many collectors of his work do not know about this auction. I am some what of a Bisley expert and you are definitely right about your thoughts on the Conan sketch. Biz art from 1998 which is just around the time he stopped painting motorcycles and got his job on ABC warriors is hard to come by and definitely more sought after by Biz nuts like myself. Conan is also a theme with his work from his start to current day. If this sketch was done yesterday it would be worth a fraction of its value being from 1988.

Thanks Scot! Has anyone ever left their art in the house before during the tenting stage? I got one large piece that would be hard to find a place for and it is not covered in glass. Any expert out there knows if it will damage it?

I do have some big pieces which is why I am asking. Also curious to know if they would be safe in the frames as well. Most I will move but not sure I have a place for some of the big pieces. I was hoping to hear people who had their houses tented before in the same situation. I am not looking for a debate,lol.

Has anyone had any experience with Vicane gas in their homes? That is what they use to treat termites when one gets there house tented. I was wondering does it damage artwork? What if it is framed? Any knowledge is appreciated. Last time I got this done I removed all the art which I may do again but I am thinking of camping outside on the front lawn with my shotgun and mean chowchow but thought about leaving the art inside. Any suggestions?

Does anyone know what this went for? I can not find it on their website.

That is what happened to me! I bought this piece at SDCC back in 07'. I was shooting the sh*t with the Biz and he just grabbed this painting right from my hands and said here let me do this. In a split second he signed it before I even had a chance to stop him. I always wondered to this day why he did that. Needless to say it never sat with me right and I parted with it for that reason.

It does exist. I saw it when someone on ebay auctioned off the comic and the poster together. That is why I came here to ask about. I have not been able to find one myself but it was a legit poster. I do not have a link for it because it has been so many months.
