5 copies of just cap 1 have already traded hands in 2 months, and those are just the ones I know about. But prices (asking and realized) have escalated too quickly on all keys and this cycle has happened in the past and it closing in on happening again.... just saying it makes me nervous. 60k for a 2.0 is nosebleed for the majority of collectors ...id guess an overwhelming % And when prices like this get realized, it's both good and bad. i hope the bad doesn't overshadow the good

Agreed that goes for any hobby. Nah. Just making up a little ground on the Batman/Superman 1's of the world. -J. And a superman 1 that sold for 80k 2 years ago realistically is a 300k book today. Sorry, my opinion is we are in for a rude awakening sooner or later Slow and steady, that wins the race

it also could have possibly been a restored copy, with the glue (and maybe some ct) removed... that's a "visual" possibility without any confirmation on my end

my initial comment should have been "if cover is split or detached/reattached with tape" and "cf reattached with tape", then 2.0 as high as cgc goes I believe... I was rushing through on phone, and didn't properly confirm siri had gotten it right... I have not pulled notes, just guestimating based on the notes of tape, that is the obvious reason (given nothing is readily visibly apparent)

cover is split and detached...2.0 is as high as it goes...but it does "present" better...not 60K imo, but a pretty copy in the slab... just graded a few weeks ago so not a pre May 2013 submission exactly...2.0 is now as high as cgc goes , I believe, on tape reattached covers...days past, might have been a 4.0 (hence the asking price I'm sure)
