  1. Great Hartley cover with lots of nice little touches. I'm assuming a pretty tough book also.
  2. That's a great looking copy. I'm guessing it would be a nightmare to find a misplaced book in your collection.
  3. I searched some for the info when I posted it but couldn't find anything.
  4. I know. I can still picture the awesome group shot of the stacks of Western Comics (DC).
  5. I'll take one off your hands if you ever get hoarder's remorse.
  6. I really like that Maneely cover and this is a great copy. I'd have to crack it out though to read the Williamson and 3 Wildey stories.
  7. I used to think the same thing about the Kirby romance books until I read the stories in the 2 volumes of Young Romance by Fantagraphics. I thought the stories and art were great. Like you mentioned, Kirby was definitely not Baker or Colletta in the female department and I could see people not being able to get over that. While reading the stories though, the stiff, brooding creepiness of his females started to grow on me and I ended up liking them (similar to the early FF Sue Storm). Now if only they were cheaper.
  8. Nice one that I haven't seen (or at least noticed) before. It's always good seeing a nice "girl in a sweater" cover.
  9. Thanks Andy and I'm not sure how long it took me but I probably went over it 3 or 4 times. I knew it was there but my mind just wouldn't let me see it. Also, that's an excellent copy of CI #72 with a really nice Kiefer cover. The pink sky and painted hills give it that little something extra (and you're right, I do have one).
  10. Nice touch by Heath with the dangling cig on the guy that was just shot.
  11. I like the well placed artist sig on this one.
  12. One of my favorites. A nice improvement over the film's one sheet (scan from Heritage).
  13. I'm sure that would make my top ten. Great copy too.
  14. Some recent ERK additions. I added the War Dogs to the want list after seeing Scrooge's earlier post. Glad to knock it off the list so soon.
