I really don't think they said you can't use the personal option. What they said was you can not ask someone to pay you in that way. Why is everyone making this hard. Just stop advertising it and everyone will keep using it anyway Right on the money (literally). Here's how it plays out going forward. 1. Paypal gets listed as an option, minus the personal option. 2. Seller states the price he wants for his drek. 3. Buyer pm's low-ball-totally-unreasonable offer to seller. 4. Seller counters with a pm of a more realistic price. 5. Buyer responds with another low-ball offer (no longer totally-unreasonable) and offers payment via paypal personal to save the seller 3%. 6. Seller agrees and buyer posts "takeit" 7. Buyer gets drek a week later and swears never to buy drek in a drunken stupor again. (alternate/variant version of this timeline has seller responding back to buyer's low-ball-totally-unreasonable offer with more realistic price and payment via paypal personal)

Can the mods read PMs to confirm sales agreements through PMs? I don't want to question anyone's honesty, but we are talking about putting someone on the probation list without any public evidence that an agreement of a sale even existed. Branget's been around a long time, but this does introduce the possiblity for the probation list to be abused. Did you let him know this was a Presale before he sent the funds, or after? The mods are not going to read PMs or get involved in sales disputes. If the buyer disputes the facts as branget has laid them out and protests being on the probation list, he has a voice...and a keyboard (thumbs u Otherwise, I'm with Ryan and Fuelman...he belongs on a list. Not only did he back out of a deal, but he did so in poor form.

My Herritage auction win last night

After much deliberation, I've decided that I am bored with Spidey and will begin to sell off parts of my collection so that I can have a go at putting together an X-men run. I have ASM #5-Current. I also have runs of just about every other solo Spidey title. Most low number ASM's are lower grades (5.0-7.0). I also have all variants (except 300 chromium) for all of the runs. Will start listing tomorrow night or Sunday night.
