  1. Chinese Year of the Pig, say the word SZECHUAN! as loud as you can!
  2. This is adorable. I'll take Shazam! Movie marketing hype like this every day of the week and twice on Sundays!
  3. Oh de rigueur.... De rigueur! A full fledged BTS detailed video documentary showcasing all the talents of the cast and crew involved in The Making of Shazam! would be welcomed too. Would revel in their insight on how such majestic cinema was dreamt, coordinated, shot and composited. Sandberg and Maxime Alexandre are masterful artistic filmmakers..... drop dead gorgeous.
  4. Looky, fellers! DC Films marketing has redigitized and color corrected the Official Teaser Trailer from SDCC18. It's like doing a line, astounding clarity and glossy color pop!
  5. Yeah, Marvel didn't steal the trademark from anyone; their version appeared over a decade later after the trademark had lapsed. +1 True. Infantino only considered licensing Original Captain Marvel stories from Fawcett in 1972. I admire the ingenuity and innuendo Fawcett Comics Editors embedded in their Captain Marvel-related publications last issues before shuttering their comic book division. Captain Marvel Jr. Issue #119 - May 18, 1953 and their Flying Fickle Finger of Fate to National Comics Publications with the final Fawcett Captain Marvel story - Captain Marvel Adventures #150 - August 10, 1953, and Fawcett's classic swan song cover art which said it all - The Marvel Family Issue #89 - September 25, 1953. That's all she wrote.
  6. Delightful relaxed on set photo of Jack, David and Zac. Perfection.
  7. In the early '80s I was working for Time/Warner and a new video copy of "The NeverEnding Story" was running in one of our editing rooms. I walked in and started watching it, and over time four or five other busy coworkers with more important things to do happened to drop in and also got hooked watching. Didn't matter at all that none of us saw it from the beginning, there were seven adult guys all standing around an editing room quietly riveted to the monitor to see how this facinating movie ended. Needless to say not much work got done that day.
  8. Happy Birthday to Shazam! Director David F. Sandberg, aka Ponysmasher!
  9. Prit'near. With the issue of Marvel Super-Heroes #12, Stan Lee and Gene Colan created their alien Captain Marvel aka Mar-Vell in December, 1967.
  10. Looks even more awesome in 1080p resolution if your broadband and video card can handle it.
  11. Cute editorial cartoon style Original Captain Marvel pisstake on Shazam!
  12. Sweeeeeeet! The Three Caballeros together again doing press for us Shazam! fans. Oliver Twist said it best... "Please, Sir, I want some more."
