Just use GPA which you already mentioned. If you know what graded goes for, then pricing a raw copy shouldn't be difficult.

Mine looks to faded on the blues, except for the blue dress which looks as vibrant as yours. Weird.

Technically I guess this is a sci-fi cover but that Bat-Gorilla would be a hit at anyone’s Halloween party.
Spectacular, stunning, phenomenal and breath-taking artwork and inks. Those colors just explode off the cover.
A 6.0 just sold (Oct 27, 2022) on Heritage for $2880.

Pre-code horror doesn’t get any better than this. One of the most classic of all the L.B. Cole horror covers! Not only one of the most coveted and collected L.B. Cole masterpieces but also one of the most desirable among the entire horror genre.
Such a gorgeous cover especially for the grade.
A 5.5 just sold (Oct 27, 2022) on Heritage for $3120.

Don't see any defects that look like they could be pressed, but hard to tell. Looks like a solid 5.0.

Flash Gordon - Savior of the Universe
in Comics General
Posted
My father introduced me to Flash Gordon in the early 70s when I was 4 years old. We lived in Chicagoland, and they started showing the original Buster Crabbe serials every Sunday morning on one of the local channels. He remembered them from the early 50s when he watched them on TV as a kid, and he was excited to share them with me. We would watch every Sunday as Flash, Dale and Zarkov explored Mongo and fought against the evil Ming! I was hooked for life. The 2nd series was my favorite. Martians, clay people and more Ming! Great stuff, great memories. Thanks Dad.
