  1. This copy of Catman #28 was on eBay for under $6000 with no takers a few years ago. Sold this weekend for $10,200!
  2. I had a chance to buy the Infinity Gauntlet page 2 months ago for WELL under 10k and I passed! I asked 2 dealers and 1 collector and no one valued it over $8k. Where the hell did I leave my time machine?
  3. Theo H. must be happy, I believe he had it on ebay.
  4. I did in-fact! And tell me more about this movie you mentioned!
  5. That DD #1 page was on ebay for 4-7 years at $100,000 with no bidders!
  6. The Red Raven #1 pedigree 9.0 ends today, as well as a nice small, high grade run of Pep Comics from #1-10. With Pep #1 being the first appearance of the Shield (1st American Superhero, well before Captain America) this may be the most undervalued Golden Age book out there! Much rarer than Cap #1!
  7. I find it’s best to put what the piece is from in the item description at a minimum. If you put “Spider-Man art” as the header or something just a generic it will get lost on CAF.
  8. I think this GA Cap art gives Rob Liefeld's Cap a run for his money!
  9. I put a penciled, inked and fully colored Budd Root cover in the next Heritage Sig auction.
  10. Non-WWII covers are slow to sell in that title until you hit around 62 onward when they get more interesting and scarce. #48-59 are tougher sellers.
  11. This ASM #8 page is actually a key page! It's the page where Parker's glasses get smashed, & from this point on he doesn't wear them anymore. Imagine if Clark Kent's glasses got broke as a kid & he never wore them again. That event would change the whole world's perspective of Clark Kent & his secret identity!
  12. I was interested in a Rom cover they put on Comiclink as well as on their own site (with no price). When I inquired about it they said the price on Comiclink was old, then offered it to me at the new price, many, many thousands more!!! I passed.
  13. In my mind, No contest what-so-ever! The red is the keeper!
  14. A favorite of mine, grey tone cover by Murphy Anderson.
