    A lot of the early issues are pretty scarce and will a press this would present nicely in a slab. It seems to that ACG pre code horror are starting to generate some interest over the last 6 months to a year.

    How would you explain the increase in prices on HOS? I am not saying that is book is not a key nor that is a great book, but there hasn't been anything great done with Swamp Thing since the Alan Moore run. Prices on both books were stagnant for years until movie/tv shows rumors were introduced.

    IMHO HOS got a very large spec bump due to the Justice League Dark movie, while rare in grade not sure how much legit interest there is in the book. Obviously, the ASM got a large bump due to the Punisher show but he has been a popular character for a long time. I would wait to purchase either until the hype cools on both.

    I've been to this shop twice and the books are substantially highly than ebay or other online venues, in some cases 50% or more. I made a special trip just to go there and did not buy a single book. They do boast having a large supply of comic printing plates that were used to print issues, but the few in the store were thousands of dollars. I would not make the trip, but just my opinion.

    I was going to bid on this as well, but at the last minute decided not too. I wonder if it sold as the seller pulled the auction down stating it was no longer available. Really nice high grade copy.

    Hey guys, just thinking what you though on the grade. Front cover has a date stamp. Inside of back cover has writing on it. Pages are cream to off white.

    Does everyone guy the 8% offer at the same time? In my experience, I seem to get the offer AFTER I make a large purchase.

    I was wondering the same thing as well. They seem to do nothing to help the situation either. I am not sure how many of you guys sell on there, but they just changed the Top Rate Seller requirements to offer free 30 day returns.

    Does anywhere here use Swagbucks? You can earn points from just spending money on ebay but you need to go to ebay through their website. When you reach a certain amount, you can cash the points in for a certificate.

    I'd say 7.5/8.0, not sure how the chip out of the top left corner would affect it though. I think a press could improve some of the non color breaking issues.

    Do you think that one day will cause damage? The books were probably in similar climates before they were graded/in your possession.

    To be fully safe when using PayPal, they state that anything over $250 has to have signature confirmation to be fully covered.
