  1. You'll still have raw 9.8 price gouging opportunities.
  2. It takes someone with real pull, like worldsbestcomics.
  3. There will be some SS copies (Norton) from Cincinnati in a couple of weeks. yep yep, including some remarked copies. And also some really great sketch covers. Norton is talented and a super cool guy! Even more reason to support the series. He and Seeley really appreciate their fans.
  4. Wait, what? That better not be true. If you are asking for an extra fee to bring the service speed up to about what it should be already and now are falling behind on that then you are getting into some serious business ethics issues. It's all relative...they still aren't promising WHEN...just that it's done FASTER relative to the other tiers. Plus it is not unethical to fall behind. It may end up being bad business, but not unethical.

  6. I'm waiting for the much-remored new service: Extreme Flash Tracked. I hear they are going to have a hologram of Steve Jobs to tell customers that the turnaround time is 9 days instead of 10. You know, that's a brilliant idea. They could just let the Fast Track books fall behind schedule, then offer the new service where you pay an extra $20 per book and you can get your books graded Fast Track, but on time. Fast Track It!
  7. I'm actually surprised there aren't more 9.8s... Most people didn't want to take the risk of a 9.6 or lower so they were really strict on what they purchased and subbed. I know I passed on a lot of copies this past month. Seems like a lot of people are not hitting 9.8. Based on the numbers we are seeing this could be a rare book in 9.8 My second copy sub is borderline and may not get a 9.8 either, and it was the second best copy I had seen. I saw 2 at CCE. The front cover of the one I looked at was pristine. But it will never be slabbed now, and the owner had it marked at $700.
  8. Aussie ponce keyboard hardman. I do agree about the hair. Only 8 more weeks until it is that long for real.
  9. What is they say about a deal too good to be true ? Ugggghh http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=6013288#Post6013288 Did you actually post "someone may have gotten a pretty sweet deal depending on condition," about a lot that you yourself just bought on Ebay?
  10. The red flag may be that timesthepain was discussed here in this thread as having problems with a transaction. The Seller may have shut the deal down on that basis. I am not suggesting that is the case, or that such an action is warranted. However, it is a little too much of a coincidence that the Seller has potentially put him on Ignore.
  11. use your profile to view your own posts, jump back that, and read what i wrote. You have nothing new to say, and as i said, no one cares about what you say no one cares about. stop spamming the thread to tell other people to stop spamming the thread, and all other such nonsense. If you just read what 5 dudes post, then just read their posts, and dont post at all. that you think my post count matters, is comical, that you think you can tell me what to do or that i would ever acknowledge what you say by obliging is hilarious. Just read and dont post, or get on topic. How come you are allowed to tell him what he can do, and he can't tell you what to do? That's racist.
  12. That is awesome. I watched about 30 minutes of CTB last week.
  13. Here are my Frank Thorne Sonja books:
  14. No one should mess with the Probation List if they don't know what they are doing. http://www.hark.com/clips/pjhltfzkfy-damn-you-all-to-hell
  15. The pungent vinegary odor is still evident even with the name change. I can't remember why I put him on Ignore, but it has borne itself out.
