  1. I'm pretty sure that Rock Me Tonight by Billy Squier is the worst video ever. It ended his career.
  2. Great transaction with Brian. Highly Recommended.
  3. Fixed it for you. And I also liked this movie early on, and now I see ASM2 all over again. Agreed, SS will be this year's GOTG. Suicide Squad may end up being a huge hit. But it will be a huge hit like 300. It will not be like GoG. You could take a 10 year old to GoG, and that was part of the phenomenon - it was somewhat Disney-fied. If Suicide Squad blows up it will be more like a SAW, Paranormal Activity or 300 style hit where teens and adults go see it based upon word of mouth.
  4. Several copies of this book have been SSd. I have one, and I think Chuck Gower has a real nice one. -Factchecker Fingh
  5. Great review - I find myself in total agreement  While I very much enjoyed JJ all around, I can't help but agree with your points More than anything else, I wanted the Cage character to work. I'm afraid I largely agree with the comment about him above. I enjoyed the show & I'm no fan of violence. I'm no fan of shows, even. Ritter carried the ball admirably. I'm not sure what else they could have done with Luke. Jessica did enough sulking, brooding and self-loathing for 5 characters. The last book I read that had Cage in it was New Avengers, and he spent most of his time trying to keep Jessica from going off or putting someone through a wall. He couldn't really be upbeat and still fit into the narrative, and he couldn't be sullen, because that's Jessica's thing. So we are left with an unbreakable guy who is broken inside, suffers in silence and tries to compensate by hooking up with anything that moves. Not the Luke Cage that I grew up with, but better than nothing.
  6. Yes they do. Sandman, Killraven and Elric books have been done at the Ohio appearances several years ago. And a couple of sketch covers.
  7. I heard he was busy with his Fantasy Football team. via Imgflip Meme Maker
  8. I asked for a grade and a Return Policy from a seller. You scoffed publicly about it. Now you make a bad transaction and come crying to the Boards for support. Donkey, I'm not throwing a tantrum, I'm simply calling you out. You like to demean others while trying to appear you have the higher ground. I'm calling it as I see it. Practice what you preach. 'If you want a guarantee, buy a graded book'. Accept the fact that you messed up. It happens. That's an interesting way of describing what happened. Another way would be that he disagreed with your position and stated his. Yet another would be that you are doing the Whip and Nae Nae on his grave. I can't think of any dissenting opinion that would justify someone being porked out of a couple hundred dollars, but I guess your mileage may vary..
  9. I think the missing coupon books are on him. It's important to count pages and look for things like missing coupons when you're buying books. So it's on me? Mostly yes. Only because I wouldn't expect a dealer to know every detail of the books they're selling. As a buyer ( in person ), nothing is stopping you from taking the book out and inspecting it for missing coupons, water stains etc. I redact my previous statement. you are a dingus.
  10. I think the missing coupon books are on him. It's important to count pages and look for things like missing coupons when you're buying books. So it's on me? He just said it's on him, dingus.
  11. JT is timeless. Word. Harry Styles couldn't hold JT's cup of warm ****
  12. Does it get better after the 1st few? I have no desire to go on but I really liked Daredevil. I saw Ep 1-2 on Sunday. I liked them OK, but I wanted to like them more. It feels very jumpy and somewhat disjointed. I felt like DD was a very smooth storyline that knew where it was going the entire time. None of the characters are particularly sympathetic, except Luke and Trish, I guess, somewhat. If Daredevil was an 8.75 on a scale of one to 10 this is about a 5.75 through the first 2 episodes.
