Bronze age horror is awesome.
I agree!
-
I love that Witchcraft #5!
-
Just got this one...
Nice copy, I freaking love this book. I need to get a copy again someday soon...... I need to find work first!
-
Another book that will stay in the collection.
That looks like a very strong 9.4, the colors are deep and the corners are sharp! Very nice copy.

I asked David to add me to the list because of a failed transaction I caused. I hope to have myself removed when I take care of my bill.
-
I wonder where SAGAT is at? You know he must be reading this.....
That Avengers #1 does look real bad, I am sorry for you Twisty!
-
You did well! -
Sharp book!
Who is holding those 3 9.9's?!?
-
(thumbs u ...Of course!

Thanks Bill!! And I know you're a fan of the title. (thumbs u
JIM's have some of the best covers of the silver age.

That does seem like quite a lot. I wouldn't be happy with the top staple on the MTU #15 9.6. But dang, the rest of those books are sweet!

Ok, so the reason I bought this and paid the full price was because I am trying to get an example of Hulk 181 in each grade there is an example of currently.
The lengths people will go to to win the grading contest.
That made me laugh!
-
Wow for the full amount....
-
Thanks Rube 11.
I really love ASM covers where the primary background color is yellow.
Me too...some of my favorites!
-
Hulk #181 8.0 and ASM #129 8.5
-
You know I might just take you up on that. Had to grab this one, another childhood favorite and a pedigree copy to boot.
I love this one, better cover then #238.

Here are three books that just arrived from Bob (namisgr)
What the heck is going on with the label notes?
I caught that too, but you beat me to it.
-
Great books everyone, really is a cool book! A personal fav of mine!

She is SEXY!! Damn!!

i'm not him. can you give it a rest now? your opinion of all my statements will change depending on who you figure me out to be. interesting....
You're screwed now.
No matter what you do, you'll forever be branded as that douchey guy.
You could, from hereon out, be the Mother Theresa of the boards, and you'll never escape that stigma. Ever. You could be clever, generous, witty, knowledgable, whatever. Doesn't matter now, because you've been a douchey on your first outing.
If I were you, I'd just vanish. It's probably for the best.

Don't do that, this is to entertaining! I am interested in seeing the detectives here figure out your TRUE IDENTITY!
He likes DC's, a Lois Lane fan and has many Mass. pedigree books.....

The point is, you don't need two pieces of plastic surrounding a comic book to get the greed juices a-flowin'. Blaming CGC for some schlub shelling out $3k on a book from 1991 is like blaming CarFax for making you pay $5K over Blue book value for a 2002 Toyota Corolla. CarFax did its job and verified the car isn't a lemon, but that's hardly the same thing as it being a Peach.
I like this analogy
