a lawsuit over an item that the seller refused to sell?

If the buyer got his money back, who would go through the trouble to file a lawsuit? What's the most you can get out of victory in court? Even if they force the seller to sell the item, who's to say the seller still has it? And if the seller no longer has the item, then what? Have the seller pay damages?

Minus the Attorney fee, is it really worth the trouble??

It's a spin-off. It's going to be an all-out action game, to be sure, but it's being made by arguably the most talented studio for producing pure action games in existence.

And I disagree with the idea that this isn't a Metal Gear game. Every Metal Gear game has had crazy, off the wall action; it was just relegated to unplayable cut-scenes. I look at this game as an opportunity to finally play all those crazy cut-scenes, instead of just watching them.

MGS is about stealth. This game is not. Plus the main character is using a sword!

But it's all about personal opinion. I hope you enjoy the game. I played the demo and it looks good....for what it is.....

By the way, i finally replaced my old 360 (external hard drive) with a new 360 slim. For whatever reason, i don't get sound out of the HDMI hook up. As a result, i've been using a fiber optic cable for audio.

Has anyone ever had this problem??

I am working on the newsstand though. Aiming for all writers and artists.

Huge capcom fighting game fan. Here are a few marquees I got my hands on as well as two SNK marquees. They look great in frames!

3 sigs on The MOS 18: Won't risk the 9.8 by adding another sig, so this is as good as it gets for me.

4 sigs on the SUPS 75: will add more this year!
