  1. Batman #400

s/s Val Kilmer, Burt Ward, Adam West, Bernie Wrightson, Steve Leiahola,

Bill Sienkiewicz, George Perez, Brian Bolland.

Nice book, to bad its 8.0

For me the grade is not really a factor when a book has that many amazing sigs.

    +1

I got this book in the trading thread back in November. I'm not even a DC fan, but I love Finch art, I dig multi-sig books, and this one even has a Danny DeVito sig...a first for my collection. :) The way I see it, there's no way someone wouldn't have snagged this before me if it were a 9.8. The grade just made this very cool book accessible. :cloud9:

For me the grade is not really a factor when a book has that many amazing sigs. I'd rather have this than a perfect 10 universal or any other grade with 1 or 2 sigs...

  4. NYX3 9.8 ...heos yeah!!! Nice, very nice!
    Why thank you

A funny story about the NYX #3:

My brother broke the CGC case, and I was pizzed

I wanted to get a re-holder,but didn't have time or money.

So when Joe Quesada was on the guest list at NYCC,I went ahead and had it signed and graded.

I was worried about a downgrade, but I took a chance and did it anyway.

I was very happy that it kept it's 9.8 grade :whee:

I guess I should thank my brother for breaking the CGC case lol

Funny how things work out sometimes, huh? Congrats!

  5. I always found getting books signed by multiple people really cool. It's like a goal you set for yourself, and takes months, even years to reach........and to have the book come back a 9.8 after all of that.........wow. Really cool.

I'm working on one now myself, but it's really gonna take some time to finish.

    Very cool, man! (thumbs u
