What happened to mega keys like FF48, FF52, ASM50 and SS1?

He bid one book of mine. Waited for his payment for five days so I decided to contact him. He immediately responded. His message: Hey thanks for contacting me,Was about to do it.I've made a HUGE HUGE mistake as I already have this one in 9.4.Thought it was another book.So I would be happy if you can cancel that transaction.IF you can't I understand but if so can you PLEASE send it in a box at a lower price than 25$???? Never had to pay so much in 18 years on EBay for shipping a raw book. But as I said since I already have this one in higher grade I Don't need that one so IF you can cancel I would be quite happy!! Why did he bid my book in first place? I canceled the order for him. I am thinking about blocking him but I just wanted to see if you have any bad experience or get lame excuses from this guy. It wasted my time.

Maybe you need more copies than one. CGC graders are always tight with their grades. It's better to have two or three copies. Most of time, it is hard to get 9.8 today.

Last sale for CGC 1.5 was $1550 in 2017 on GPAnalysis (two latest sales were in 2017 - none in 2018) and a raw copy has a detached cover that was sold for $1400 and PGX 2.0 was sold for $1900 on eBay recently (all were BIN/Offer). So mine is $1850 shipped except International - please PM me before you will take it. This book was graded on June 23 2018. The original owner/consigner's book was sold via the local auction in Michigan. I asked the seller if the book was pressed. The book is never pressed and may be improvable by 1/2 point. Ask me anything about the comic book's condition. The book has one staple at the middle spine. The book is 67 years old. The book is still nice at this age. This book was used in SOTI.

$5500 is pretty low. If I were him, I will check with Matt Nelson to see if he can remove CT. If not, I will accept the purple label and wait for few years to see how the market for Hulk #1 goes. If it goes higher than I paid, sell it right away. Hulk #1 is pretty scarce right now - restoration or not.
