  1. Thanks! I've got about half the set, most of them are graded. I'd been getting toward the end of my pre-hero TTA and TOS runs, so working more seriously on ST and JIM seemed like the next logical steps. I've been lucky to get a good batch of JIMs knocked out this year. Hopefully there are more to come!
  2. Didn’t you have this same problem last year? What’d you do, change the day? It was still Thursday. Those of us manning tables just weren’t able to attend.
  3. I’m quite skeptical that I’m making the trip up this year. We’re in the midst of a (very welcome) move back to Texas, and I just don’t think I can be out of town that week. May be 2019 for me...
  4. I know, I was very excited to find this one. I had about a VG previously and was really happy to get a keeper.
  5. Both boxes have arrived, contents are inspected, so I can reveal my newest additions:
  6. It was my first time at this show, so I can’t compare to previous years, but Friday was a zoo from the word go. I can’t remember the last time I saw a full Friday of shoulder to shoulder crowds like that.
  7. It definitely was. That pic was taken at 5 pm Saturday, but all day Friday and most of Sunday looked just like that.
  8. Back from Denver and still trying to recover. It was a great show overall, sales were good off the wall and out of our boxes. We had a large section of $2 boxes, with lots of high grade copper and lower grade SA and BA, and these did really well. Load in and out were nice and smooth. My only complaint was the awful drive across Kansas. It wasn’t particularly long (like 7.5 hours) but felt worse than some 10-12 hour drives I’ve done. Looking forward to 2019!
  9. Two are set to arrive tomorrow, the third may be waiting in my PO box. Just got home from Denver.
  10. Home page Facebook page Guessing the name change was motivated by the SDCC lawsuit...
  11. I don’t think any of the Animaniacs are easy, but some are tougher than others. (I know that’s not helpful, but I’m at a show and don’t have my list in front of me.)
  12. If that is for a pic, I will happily supply one once I have it in hand.
  13. Detective #400 is the only one that jumped to my mind.
  14. Great finds. The Action is the only one I would say is fairly common.
  15. That’s a DC Bullet variant. It’s seen on books that sat on the outside of multipacks the month prior to the first DC Universe logos. Basically the same sort of variant as a DCU in a different format. Many of them are quite difficult. Somewhere in this thread is a full list of them.
  16. The #110 is on its way back from Sarasota, it got a 3.0!
  17. It’s been a good week for spending myself back into the red by gorging on pre-hero Marvels. I’ll get scans posted once I’m back from Denver and have them all safely in hand.
  18. I am not sure I ever posted mine. Had it raw for a long time before it visited Sarasota.
  19. #1, 3 and 14 are the biggest keys of the run IMO. I have been meaning to finally get around to picking up a #14 after selling my undercopy a while back, and it looks like I will be paying through the nose at current prices.
  20. Will do! I think this is my brother's third year doing the show and he's excited, so I have a good feeling...
