  1. I bought a new batch of these recently. Most are 1sts, but a couple 2nd printings.
  2. Um..... Let's hear from the young white (graduate?) talk about next months Uncle Tom's Cabin Cabin comic. By the way notice his name is the "Klassics Komics Kid" (K.K.K?) Was that done on purpose? This ad is the final page of Classic Comics 14
  3. And this one is not the most valuable, but it sure put a BIG SMILE on my face when I opened it to the Splash page and saw this...... It might be my 1st Kirby Sig.
  4. Bought 14 more long boxes from the guy today (only 10 more left). Lots of good stuff but no major keys, except for this...... Looks to be at least a 6.0. With a press, maybe 7.0 or 7.5. I just looked up the GPA on this... OMG has this one dropped in price!!!
  5. The cool thing is I've got 6 of them...... I figure at least a couple will pull a 9.8
  6. If there's a Space Vixens I will PM you just to gloat that I have it. So far, there's been a lot of Stevens comics mixed in so I'm hopeful. I will be keeping ALL of them.
  7. Hilarious..... it took me a couple minutes to figure out the reference.
  8. In the 1st Longbox I've gone thru, I've found 2 signed comics. The guy told me he went to a lot of comic conventions in the 80s & 90s. He never told me he had some of his comics signed. What a cool bonus for me. I'm going to have to check every single splash page. Here's a Wrightson sig on a Swamp Thing, and a June Brigman sig on Power Pack 1.
  9. I can't beat your $3, but the seller gave me 5 of these for $30 each. I feel pretty good about that, especially if I can get some 9.8s
  10. I found 5 of these in the wild and they all look like this. If this is not a 9.8 candidate then I don't know what is. Crisp, clean, flat, tight, no spine tics. Let me know what you think.
  11. Another Marvel Bronze I've never even heard of. $.50c recent purchase
  12. The seller told me he took many boxes of the comics to a Flea market to sell in the early 1990s. Some of the comics still had his prices on the bag. These two he had at $,75c. When he got back from the Flea market he put the comics in his basement and they've been there ever since.
  13. I've started going thru every thing more and am finding more goodies.... I really love Dave Stevens, so I'm pretty excited about finding these.
  14. This one is the right era, but apparently Steranko didn't get the note of how to frame it in. Does it still count?
  15. Reviving this thread with a DC Whitman I just found today.
  16. I never even knew this comic existed until yesterday when I bought it. Marvel has some really obscure Bronze titles. Nice Steranko Cover
  17. Yes, I know this is not GA, but I had to share it. What a cool Steranko cover. I bought this today. I've never seen one before.
  18. Thanos just snapped his fingers
  19. Snagged this for $10. First ManThing in regular comics!!! 3.5 - 4.0
  20. I stupidly paid $50 for this.... I forgot to check for the poster, and it was missing. Oh well. 3.0 - 3.5
  21. Couldn't resist this funny cover. Just look at those Juvenile Delinquents. $2
  22. Picked up the Dynomutt 1 for $5. Super high grade. Picked up the 3 Scooby 1s for $10 each. Two of them are super high grade and the other is more VF-ish. Now that V-1 Scooby 1s are getting out of reach I've noticed these V3 Scooby 1s have started to take off (especially in High grade like these)
