I just found a coverless Suspense 8 (The LB Cole one), The Funnies 1, Ace comics 1 ,Adventure Comics 40, and New Adventure Comics 13 (gerber 10) Some are missing some outer wraps, but they have the CFs If you've got some parts or covers let me know.

Started digging back into a box of old coverless I've had for a while to finish identifying them. It's always awesome to find something good. Just found Ace Comics 1 1937 Missing 24 of the 68 pages lol, but it's got the CF at least. In this same box I found an Adventure 40 (missing 4 wraps) so I'm pretty happy with this box. You NEVER know what you can find in one of these junk boxes..... there could have just as easily have been some Action 1 pages.

I binged it this morning. Loved it. Want..... more.... must.... have..... more. It's really entertaining. Good cast. I was kind of "meh" about Peacemaker in the SS movie, but this...... it's great.

Classics 32 Lorna Doone (Matt Baker) 1st edition (10c) Raw unrestored. 3.5 - (maybe 4.0). "Presents" like a 5.0 from the front. Cover is still attached at both staples (only holding a "tab" at the top staple). Small tears around staples Centerfold is detached at top staple. Tiny piece missing at top of spine on back cover. Non colorbreaking crease lower right front. Normal overall tanning that these old Classics have, but the pages are supple. Any other small flaws should be visible in the pics. $85 shipped

Easy and cheap way to hang your graded comic book

I remember a guy name Nicolas Cage who displayed his Action Comics number 1 on the wall..... Surely nothing could go wrong. -
The CF is detached at the top staple, otherwise everything is as you see it here. I've owned a couple of these thru the years and they were always in much worse shape than this one. These are so tough to find in grade. A press will make this look a lot nicer I think.

Can someone help me identify this Canadian Horror comic?
gadzukes replied to gadzukes's topic in Golden Age Comic Books
Thank You Readcomix. You just won a "No-Prize". I now know what this tattered cover in my pile of "pieces" goes to. The GCD has the cover to this, but no info listed. That's why I couldn't find it. -

Dude..... you had to go and plant that in my head. Now I'm seeing it. -
I know it's been posted before, but I ran across it today in one of my comics and had to post it again. Sparkling Stars 27 if you're wondering.

I could not resist getting this MCP 72 double cover. Paid way too much, but had to have it. Love this cover. -

I'm 60. I made out a will this year (finally). It was fun allocating comics to different people. I have a wife, a son, a daughter, and 2 step daughters. I left some serious comics to all of them. I have a Supe 1, a Cap 1, and an AF15 7.0 so there's some serious value there. Of course.... I consider my collection to be a big part of my retirement so I'll probably have to adjust my will a few times as I negotiate my retirement. But it felt good to have some things set in stone so there's no in-fighting if I pass unexpectedly. Also.... I've taken to putting a strip of blue painters tape on the back of every slab I own with the name of my wife or one of my kids to let them know it's for them in case something happens to me.
