I am sorry, but it is $6,000.00. It is ebay. It is 2018. The buyer was invited to the table to eat. He did. While the seller may be a schmuck, at the very least the buyer should have known that without clear shipping information, and the buyer taking the minimum precautions before concluding the purchase to protect his interests, the buyer is responsible.
To now claim that it is the fault of the seller and the seller is a bad person and the buyer is in the victim column, is not only naive, it is somewhat astounding to me, given the parameters and facts stated by the buyer of what transpired. I get it. He emailed and never got an answer. So? Was that before or after the conclusion of the sale? If the buyer assumed protection would be made on his behalf,and the buyer would safeguard his funds/interest, he was and is wrong.
