As of today, my 4 Moderns (4!!) have been in G/E/I officially 4 weeks now.

Anyone read Gunslinger Spawn yet? How was it?

Yeah but where can you see the Certification #? All I show is Order # and Submission #.

Mine were Received/SFG on 6/15 and I just hit 3 weeks in G/E/I today. Please post when yours are graded so I can have a little hope. Our books are buddies on the Isle of Misfits, books CGC refuses to grade and instead they choose to grade the shiny, new books that came in last week!

What's the old adage? The coverup is always worse than the crime? "Vorpious de liporius octo" Haha but then again, we're dealing with comic books and not double homicide.

I think a little transparency wouldn't hurt. If CGC could just put up a post explaining why some new Modern subs are getting done super fast while others are stagnant, it would do a lot for Customer Service. I mean, it's not like some big secret that some lucky few are getting their books back while others continue to wait. It would literally take 5 minutes or less to just put up a post/announcement regarding details on the how and why.

Don't forget this "new system" they have implemented and some people are getting their books back within in a week or two. Those lucky individuals are bragging (no offense, I'd brag too...I'm just jealous, ok?) for us all to see.

I agree. I mean, the "experiment" worked. Yay. Much success. Now, can you get back to the us peasants that have been waiting on our books for months? Our money is just as good (considering you've already charged most of us June people anyway).

I remember my first G/E/I. Seriously though, be strong and don't check your status every hour, every day, like I have foolishly done. It leads down a dark, lonely path.

Yeah just for quick reference, my Modern (Non FT) submissions were SFG 6/15 and went into G/E/I on 9/28 and there they remain...forgotten.

When did your books go into SFG? I'll be at two weeks in G/E/I tomorrow.

My Moderns have been G/E/I since 9/28, but then I remembered I had custom labels on a few of the books. How long does this typically add to the process? Enough time to grow a Rip Van Winkle beard?

These should in between "Received" and "Entered into the System" to add dramatic effect: "We may have lost your package, standby" "Just playin'. We got it. Entered into the System AGAIN"

Yeah, I used to get excited when my books went into G/E/I but now after a week, I realize that G/E/I is the new SFG, which is the new Received. It's like CGC is playing mind games with us and drip feeding us dopamine.

Anyone know the current times for Moderns (Non FT) moving out of G/E/I into G/QC (Went into G/E/I about a week ago and books were SFG on 6/15/21. Just looking for anyone who had similar dates)? I'm still going to obsessively check every hour on the hour, of course.

Anyone having issues with the Submission Tracking page? When I go to check my status, it's saying I don't have any submissions? I have been checking the status every few hours and it just now gave me that error.

Oh, I know it's a process. I'm just nitpicking to nitpick. They have treated me very well and I highly recommend their service.

Great, thanks. I'm about 16 days behind you on my Value subs (No FT, No CCS either).

I pretty much sell all my comics through their consignment services. Overall, I have been very pleased with their service. The fees are reasonable and I don't have to mess with the hassle of shipping the book to a buyer (which presents another host of potential problems). My only complaint is the time it takes for them to actually list the books. I just sent in two books for consignment, and it took them around a week to get them scanned and ready for me to set the price. I understand that they have to scan the book and then file it, but if there was a way they could shave a few days off the process that would be great. But I'm nitpicking.

Oh, my Value subs will definitely be around Christmas time. My Moderns just went into G/E/I. Now the question is, how long will they be there?

The last few posts about Moderns are giving me hope. I have a few subs that have been SFG since 6/15/21, so should be any day now. My Value subs are have been SFG since 5/18/21. I'm losing hope on those.
