  1. New arrival today! Fight #44. X-posted in Fiction House thread.
  2. Another GGA/Bondage cover arrived today. Strange Worlds #5 from Avon 1951. Wally Wood / Joe Orlando Cover.
  3. Great Books! The Rangers #62 cover always makes me think Firehair is putting a Stone Cold Stunner on that Indian Chief.
  4. I have a Rangers on the way I think you'll like. I'll keep it a secret until it gets here.
  5. I may start a new collecting category "Big Bazookas". I would love to see that credited on a CGC label.
  6. Thanks RM. Wish I had discovered them earlier. Fight and Planet overall are probably my favorite titles as well, but there are a few single copies from some other titles that blow me away too. Hopefully, I can acquire a few over the upcoming months and share them here.
  7. Hopefully, this new purchase will be the start of a long collecting journey within this genre. Fight Comics has so many great bondage/GGA covers, along with WIngs, Rangers, Jungle, and others. December 1945 Doolin cover with some early Matt Baker art. X-posted in pre-code thread.
  8. Received this today. It's not my usual crime title this time. Instead a Fiction House bondage cover. This may start a new collecting focus for me.
  9. Frankly, I'm a little Yellow to post anymore books after this....
  10. I'll play along and drop a few of my favorites (at least this week).
  11. Recently acquired from the latest CC auction. Not many out there (only two listed on the registry). So I'm glad to have it in any grade. Crime Can't Win V#2 #5 Published June 1951.
  12. All-Famous Crime # 4 (#1) arrived today. Published February 1952 by Star Publications. Another amazing L.B. Cole Cover.
  13. Another All-True Crime arrived today. This time #38 CGC 8.0. Crime Thread X'ed
  14. Would it be possible to buy a small storage shed and have it temperature controlled? Some of these "She sheds" are pretty nice these days.
  15. ATC #46 September 1951. Like how the car's lights cross on the cover. Guess that gives new meaning to a "Headlights" cover.
  16. All True Crime #46 arrived today. IIRC this one was fairly difficult (according to the Gerber Scale back in the day) probably not anymore, but still glad to have it. X posted in the Crime thread.
  17. I don't know if this is the same as what you're looking for RM, but there are a few on EBay. Looks like it was a regional soda made in Wisconsin. Cherry Sparkle Bottle 1 Cherry Sparkle Bottle 2
  18. Sometimes, I pick up old bottles when my wife and I hit the antique market. Bought this turn-of-the-century Coke bottle at one a few years ago for $10. A few years ago I also became enamored with bottle-caps and picked up a few rare ones along the way. Also bought a whole case of old hobble skirt Coke bottles in a stunning yellow case for $20 bucks total at an estate sale a few years ago.
  19. Thrilling Crime Case #47 LB Cole cover Star Publications. Shame about the stain on this one, as it is a screamer of a book.
